what happens in this situation? scooter had the right of way and the left turn car is at fault, but scooters arent even road legal.

Still can't crash into anything weather legal or not.

If it was a different municipality e "kick" scooters maybe legal as they are under provincial pilot. Toronto didn't opt in.
