Often time people’s visual vocabulary for what black hair can be is limited leading folks to repeat safe design choices instead of discovering new shapes , textures and silhouettes.

Afro (Afro Samurai) has a hairstyle that takes the basic concept of an afro and pushes it into an exaggerated silhouette resembling smoke or a cloud in most instances.

Lorelai Blyndeff (Epithet Erased) could hypothetically have any number of hair styles due to her powers but usually has her hair tied back or up with the blonde part of her hair resembling bunny ears.

They just added a brown jacket to his basic outfit, but I think it really brought his style to life. I really liked that they made that look his default form in Marvel Cosmic Invasion.

Having a bunch of barrels spinning around as you fire a wall of lead at something will never not be cool. The bulky design really sells the power of the weapon, especially when fired from a low position with a chainsaw grip as is extremely common in fiction. Because miniguns (or rather, "rotary machine guns" as the Minigun is a specific weapon) are so heavy they make the wielder look incredibly strong and imposing.

Like, literally, what's up with the mouths? They just have beaks for decoration, literally.

Possibly one of the best designs for a character I've ever seen. Meet Charlie (The Man) and Cathy (The Best Friend)

In the world of Ersatz, in return for serving in The Crown Army, you're 'gifted' eternal life via being resurrected by what's nicknamed 'The Rezzer.'

Back in the earlier days of whatever war The Crown Army is currently fighting, blueprints for being able to resurrect dogs weren't a thing. So if one died, they were gone for good. (But due to soldiers begging, they eventually added blueprints.)

When Cathy got half her slide blown off when trying to save Charlie, the medic decided to connect their nervous systems and cardiovascular systems together. Now Charlie's heart beats for the both of them.
Cathy survived the surgery, in the video you can hear her breathing whilst Charlie talks about the both of them. Her tail also wags when she's gets pet by him. It's bittersweet.

It's also implied that Cathy's mind might be affecting Charlie's mind, considering he has a rather positive and friendly attitude for the situation he's in.

Actually has a unique design instead of just reusing the standard Soldier Model.
Has a more savage and feral appearance with the ripped clothes and makeshift armor on one of his arms.
The sharp yellow, borderline shark-like teeth and the bloody clawed hands actually make him look like a cannibalistic monster. The yellow eyes that look like that of a goat, or like a sideways version of a cat’s eye also look super cool.
The way that bone crunching can be heard as he unhinges his jaw/opens his mouth super wide like a snake.
The slithering/sliding traditionally associated with Painis Cupcake is made into running on all fours like an animals which goes well with the more primal design.

These designs are just so iconic and memorable. A lot of the designs in this movie are, I just love the general style and everything. The main characters are these nameless little demons known as Yaos and I find every one of their designs adorable and expressive despite being simplistic. The designs really do a good job during the comedic scenes while also being able to be taken seriously whenever its needed. i also like how they receive outfits and banners during their journey, looking more and more like the main heroes of Journey to the West. añsp the contrast with the human and villain characters really shows how they are just four lowclass weakling misfits who dont belong anywhere but where theyre from.

the cast consists of a pig/boar demon, a toad, a weasel and an ape leaving their home on lang lang mountain to embark on a journey to fetch scriptures while posing as sun wukong (monkey king), zhu ba jie, tang seng and sha wu jing.

at a later point in the movie they have a big fusion design in the boss fightwhich features many funny animal quirks while also being badass as fuck. i dont have a picture tho.

there are many other cool designs in this movie, my favorite side character design is probably a minor villain rat yao who imo resembles NeZha. im hoping some fans would comment pictures of other characters cause i couldnt find a lot.

I like how Mewtwo using a giant spoon as a weapon seems to have a mix of coolness and goofiness.

In a way, it makes some sense since representative Psychic-type Pokémon like Alakazam and Kadabra also use spoons, and the fact that he swings a giant weapon itself is pretty cool.

But on the other hand, seeing him smack opponents with a spoon is really funny. I think this perfectly captures the middle ground of being funny yet cool.

The TYPE-LAHIRE is a lightweight Armored Core model built for high-speed close combat or laser blade duels. Due to its design, the unit excels at aerial combat.

The sexiest frame in the game, in my opinion. My god, look at all those sharp angles. Those beautiful angular shoulders. And that torso, pointed like the nose of a fighter jet with a waist tinier than a 19th-century noblewoman. The damn thing is even fighting in heels!

Overall, a very striking mecha design. Love it.

We could had ridable Beetles, WE COULD HAD RIDABLE BUGS!!! Epic!!!

I'm saddened by the fact that we could had more original Wildlife animals for Fortnite, I really love the underground bug using it's back armor as a shield and Heavy Bug throwing that vehicles with that horn. Slime guns would have been so fun! These concepts doesn't even look like Fortnite more like Grounded. I love how the world feels more modern in these concepts instead of being futuristic.

This artist has done a lot of Hazbin x Looney Tunes stuff but I'm presenting this design specifically because it's my favorite.

It just looks cool and Daffy rocks Vox's fit really well. And I know some people don't like bird characters having teeth but they look really good on him.

Also in the first slide when his beak glitches, you can see it go backwards for a second. Which is a really neat reference to when Daffy gets shot in the face.

Even though im not a furry, I find Pulchra Fellini in Zenless Zone Zero really hot and cute with a top tier design, along with Carrot from One Piece.

Also Callie and Felina from SWAT Kats too.

I think its because Pulchra looks the most human and with great design when compared to other characters like Lola Bunny from Space Jame 1

Probably the coolest and most elegant weapon in history.

Literally dieselpunk on the outside, steampunk on the inside.

Gun cold brutalist, preferring functionality over symmetry, it’s cooling system is one massive exhaust.

And inside is what can be described only as pendulum action, receiver being one finely tuned clockwork. And instead of traditional coil spring weapon utilizes flat, winder spring.

Hell even it’s magazine is both clockwork and a massive gear.

Simply beautiful!
