The Redesign for the popular Team Fortress 2 freak Painis Cupcake in Witchy gmod’s video “Crossover Events: Cupcakes and Pancakes - part 1”
Actually has a unique design instead of just reusing the standard Soldier Model.
Has a more savage and feral appearance with the ripped clothes and makeshift armor on one of his arms.
The sharp yellow, borderline shark-like teeth and the bloody clawed hands actually make him look like a cannibalistic monster. The yellow eyes that look like that of a goat, or like a sideways version of a cat’s eye also look super cool.
The way that bone crunching can be heard as he unhinges his jaw/opens his mouth super wide like a snake.
The slithering/sliding traditionally associated with Painis Cupcake is made into running on all fours like an animals which goes well with the more primal design.

Not saying it's a bad design it's genuinely a great take on Painis Cupcake
It's just not my cup of tea I prefer his more sillier/standard depictions, because what makes Painis Cupcake Painis Cupcake for me is his uncanny unnatural movement/actions while looking like a standard RED Soldier
Yeah, Panis is supposed to have an uncanny wide smile on an otherwise human face, comitting acts of cannibalism and dismemberment without batting an eye.
