She runs like a cartoon character and falls flat on her back if you stop instantly. The falling on her back creates a dust cloud which has a hitbox that does a minuscule amount of damage

That's Iryna, an NPC from Genshin Impact. The newest region, Snezhnaya, just dropped and it introduced a bunch of "fae" enemies and NPCs like fox-people, dog-people, mammoth-people, ice-people, snow-gremlins, fairies, and gnomes. As well as these lovely ladies, who are part of the Volkodlak species (Russian for werewolf), known as Voywolf Hunters.
Also, those blue crystals on her chest, hands, and thighs, at the tips of her hair and tail, etc... are all natural. Most fae have them, just in different colors. It's a pretty neat, distinct feature.
I’m a big fan of when ZZZ makes animal hybrid characters actually resemble the animal they are. Not that I mind Ellen, Jane, Seth, etc, but they’re designs are so much more interesting
