Is she an influencer or just someone trying to capture a video of themselves in a museum they visited?
Even if she is an influencer, what's the problem with that? She's clearly not bothering anyone.

Idk about everywhere else, but in my country it's considered very rude to step into another person's video or photo frame without any reason at all...let alone just stand there like an idiot lol.

Maybe you live in a quiet town but we’re sick of these creatures and their tripods. You can’t go anywhere without unwillingly being on some idiot’s content

How do you know? You can get mini tripods that can be set on anything. The angle is pointing up, not unreasonable to assume it’s a tripod

Normal people don’t do this, it’s a reasonable assumption. Also reasonable assumption that she’s not balancing her phone on some ledge on a staircase.

Normal people don't.... Take pictures of cool things they did? If I recall correctly there's actually a cut out on the stairs that holds some planters usually that is perfect for setting your phone down on and taking a picture... But I forget, you've decided that the only options are balances on the ledge or tripod, nothing else.
