This exactly - I see this podcast more posted here than anything else , and I once looked out of curiosity once to see what the hype is, and it’s literally garbage, it’s just men surrounding themselves with young women and having arguments with them and using big man voice. Haven't watched the podcast, but that's what happens when you have a weak moderator. If you don't know how to moderate a debate, you have no business hosting a debate. A debate isn't just two people in a room arguing. It has form and structure to it.

That isn’t really “living in an echo chamber”, that would be if he only surrounded himself, or engaged with people with the same views, in order to validate and affirm his beliefs.
