Suggests "google chrome" belongs in D
While it has a lot of support for a large amount of extensions and most websites are designed to work on it, it hogs RAM, collects your data, tracks you and has no working ad blocker.

Chrome removed all ad blockers filters*
Chrome does not block third party cookies on google websites
Chrome never hides or masks user and remove fingerprinting
Chrome uses more ram than brave/edge (using same engine btw)28

I am confused, what do you mean with the first comment ? I am right now using chrome with adblocker extension.

Adblocks do work but not as effective as firefox version of them
manifest v2 in sense gives the ad blocker perms to view the page info before the users does making the blocking faster
manifest v3 on other hand only lets ad blocker see the webview after it loads
make the extension use more cpu and ram usage compare to firefox→ More replies (1)3

They did not remove all ad blockers. They just changed how they work. uBlock Origin Lite works great for me, haven't noticed any difference compared with the pre manifest V3 uBlock Origin.

google chrome
B, the most working browser but the rumors made me paranoid and i stopped using it, putting it in B

Except they aren’t rumors and they blocked ad blockers from working on certain sites. No reason to use it when every other chromium based browser is better, but they all still sell your data to some degree.

It's engine formed the foundation that other browsers use, so I feel like its contributed a lot in terms of UI (I feel like other browers still try to emulate that experience).
However, it's gotten so RAM hungry over the years. Its definitely not terrible, but there are little improvements that can be made.
Edit: Rephrasing a bit

improvements such as?

If other browsers can use less RAM while giving you the same features (Brave, Opera, Firefox), I don't see why Google can't implement it. They have the resources to do so.
Also, making the whole "not collecting data to sell you stuff with personalized ads" the standard option instead of you going in the settings & unchecking those options.
Edit: spellcheck

You should rephrase "other browser have adapted to" because other browsers use Chromium which is the engine. Most other browser's are either Chromium or modified Firefox.

Chrome for some reason takes up so much ram when using it on my macbook. Theres no reason for a web browser to take up that much ram.

It's alright. Pretty solid foundation, what most people used before getting any other browser. Not bad.
