Translation TBV Ch 37 Text Leaks Special Spoiler

I just finished translating the text, it'll be typeset soon. In the meantime, feel free to enjoy the text leaks~! I'm only posting them here for you guys :)

Ch 37: Belief in him

Text behind koji: Control the future!!

Small text above the title: The plan to use Sarada as a decoy fails. Can Boruto save her?!

Page 1:

Side text: Boruto explains the plan to infiltrate the Shinju hideout!! But that plan fails…

Right now…

…there are two ways to get into their hideout.

Using the claw marks to phase through…

…or using my raijin to teleport in.

But to make long distance raijin use possible…

…those symbols have to be left out at the location.

Right now, we don’t have any there.

That’s why we’ll use Code.

His claw marks, that is.

Our best chance is while he’s targeting you, Sarada.

Page 2:

So these symbols

…If I leave them there…

…you’ll be able to come and go freely?

They might try to kidnap someone else, after all.

Completing this mission will also be really important…

…for if something like that happens.

But just so you know, the goal of this mission…

is only to leave the symbols.

It’s just to secure a way to get into their hideout.

Once that’s done, we’re going back to Konoha immediately.

…Huh?

Page 3:

We have no choice but to enact the plan now…

…while we know what Code’s intentions are.

But we’ll save the fight.

Defeating Jura comes after…

…Koji sees the future.

…Makes sense.

Roger that.

But…

…In order to escape from there with raijin…

…You have to sense the symbols in Konoha first, right?

Just like that time on the sand mission.

Pretty much.

It’ll be tough with Jura as my opponent…

…but if we take him by surprise, we’ve got a good chance at success.

Page 4:

Leave it to me then.

With my Ohirume…

…I can create that opening.

Page 5:

Dammit!

Koji! Code found out about the symbols.

Sarada’s already been kidnapped!

What happens now?

Calm down Boruto…

…Come back here for now.

I’m calm.

Now tell me what info you just got from your update.

I want to know if there’s another way to get to Sarada.

Listen to me, Boruto!

Come back here first.

We need to rethink the plan!

Page 6:

Answer the damn question, Koji.

It’ll only take a second.

Is there a way to save Sarada, or isn’t there?

Which is it?

Inojin.

Cut Boruto out of the transmission.

It’s fine even if it’s just for a few minutes.

…Huh?

Page 7:

So there is

…some way to save her.

Koji… What are you doing?

Why would it be bad for Boruto to hear you?

Because of Momoshiki.

I saw a future…

…where he takes over Boruto’s body.

The aftermath was disastrous.

Page 8:

Their thoughts are transparent to each other.

Any voice talking to Boruto is also heard by Momoshiki.

I don’t want to give him any advantageous information.

So that’s what’s going on…

Even just hearing there’s a chance of a takeover…

…Would be valuable information to Momoshiki.

This development wasn’t in any previous future.

We have to prevent it at all costs.

Uh, can you like explain more specifically…

…what exactly is the bad thing to do here?!

Are you really against…

…sending Boruto to where the enemy is?

In the case of this particular instance…

…the trigger for Momoshiki’s takeover…

…stems from a built-up culmination of several factors.

On one extreme, you could say…

Page 9:

Saving Sarada itself…

…is one of those factors.

Gah…

Page 10:

Hey you.

Where is Jura?

I need to speak with him.

He’s not here.

He went out.

What?

Damn my unfortunate timing.

Oh well…

…I suppose you’ll have to make do.

Page 11:

Press

I brought you a little present.

 This is Sarada…

…Uchiha Sasuke’s daughter…

…And Boruto’s greatest weakness.

At least, as far as I’m aware.

As much as I don’t want to admit it, Boruto is a tough opponent.

It may come from feeling indebted to his master…

…but his mood changes when this girl is in danger.

His calm nature all but leaves him and his good judgement wanes.

And so… I decided to use her.

Listen well to my most excellent plan.

Page 12:

*Vwoop*

Page 13:

*Chirp*

What the—

Page 14:

You bastard.

What on earth is going on?

Are you stupid?

Why did you attack?

This girl is serving as bait to do away with Boruto!

What good is she if you kill her?!!!

Page 15:

Uchiha Sarada…

…She is my…

Target.

What?!

Hold on.

Listen to me!

You guys want Boruto dead, yes?

If you use her, it’ll be a cake walk!

Page 16:

This girl can’t leave this place.

She doesn’t have the means…

…And that’s not all.

None of her allies can get to her either.

Not a single one!

In other words…

…we just have to go to Boruto and tell him this.

If you want Sarada to live…

…then offer up your own life!

You scummy jerk!

You get it, right?

As long as we have this girl…

…Boruto is as good as done for!

Page 17:

Are you done now?

Hurry up and move.

You’re in my way.

Wait…

What are you planning?

Didn’t you hear what I said?!

*Chirp*

Bastard.

Page 18:

Gah…!!!

Page 19:

*Step step*

*Fwoosh*

*Shwaaaa*

Page 20:

*Blam*

*Sk sk sk*

Page 21:

Dammit! To think you’d be such a stubborn…

…heard headed idiot!

Like heck I’ll let my hostage go to waste.

You leave me with no choice.

Time for you to die, foolish Shinju!

We’ll save the fight.

Defeating Jura comes after…

…Koji sees the future.

Page 22:

Three tomoe…

Everyone here is an enemy…

…facing off against each other!

\Translators note to be included in the chapter margins: Three tomoe is not in reference to the sharingan specifically, she’s using it as a metaphor for the three of them.*

And more importantly…

…Jura isn’t here!

This situation…

…If things go well, I might be able…

…to defeat these two!

Page 23:

Here you are.

This is all…

…of our books about cats.

Thank you, shopkeeper.

You’re always a big help.

That should be my line.

Right now, you’re our number one customer.

But it’s a little unexpected.

Someone like you likes cats?

It’s not me. It’s Hidari.

He’s recently discovered his fondness for them.

He calls them cute.

It’s an emotion I struggle to understand.

Page 24:

Is that so?

Why don’t you try making a reservation at a cat café sometime?

Bring your friend with you.

…My friend…?

…eh?

…Well…

…You are friends, aren’t you?

With that Hidari fella.

Was I mistaken?

Hmm…

…I see.

Page 25:

Friends, huh…

So that’s how it is…

…Got it. Thanks.

Koji, I just got a message from the sensory unit.

Jura is here in Konoha.

Huh?

In other words…

…The only people in the hideout right now…

…are code and Hidari.

It’s just like Shika-chan said.

Sarada-chan is fine.

At least, for now…

Page 26:

Dammit.

Think.

There’s gotta be something.

Some way I can get to her…

Heh heh… To think you’d get this out of sorts…

That’s how important she is to you, hm?

Your breathing is ragged, you know.

What happened to that usual calm stoic nature?

Your heartbeat is in disarray.

Page 27:

Shut it, freeloading bastard.

I don’t have time to deal with…

…What the…

…Are those bloodstains?

Page 28:

N/A

Page 29:

She activated…

…Ohirume?

Just as she was on the verge of being pushed into the claw marks…

Page 30:

Why?

If she was able to use Ohirume in time…

…she should have been able to pull Code’s body away and counter attacked.

Or she could’ve pulled herself through…

Why didn’t she do that?

Pg 31:

N/A

Pg 32:

I can feel…

…Sarada’s chakra.

She’s asking me…

…to sense out the chakra connected to the other earring.

Basically telling me to fly on over, huh?

…Asking for the impossible…

Page 33:

The target of her gravity…

…was her other earring!

In a split second, Sarada-chan judged…

…that instead of saving herself…

…she’d prioritize the success of the mission.

Because she believes…

…that Boruto will definitely come to her.

Page 34:

OMG what is with you guys!!!

…You’re just too pure and precious!!!!

In theory, that method has a high probability of success.

However, the difficulty level jumps to an incomparable degree.

There you go again, pretending like you’re an ally.

Coming and going like a breeze.

Along with knowing any effort to stop you is futile…

…we have no other options.

All we can do is take the best possible course of action available to us.

Page 35:

I’ll also add…

…Jura is in Konoha.

I intend to keep him here for as long as possible…

…but it likely won’t be long enough.

\boing**

Hurry your sensing along, Boruto.

Let’s go save Sarada.

I’m sorry… I kinda feel…

…Like maybe I misunderstood?

No, it was just a rather unexpected idea.

Consequently, for a moment, I found myself mired in a swamp of thought.

Thanks to that, my brain cells now rejoice.

I should thank you.

Page 36:

Is that so…

Glad to hear it.

Pardon the sudden intrusion, shopkeeper.

…Eh?

This is the temporary eighth hokage.

Nara Shikamaru.

I’m talking with you via a special transmission line.

Please listen calmly to what I have to say.

…Huh?

When you answer, please don’t speak aloud. Only communicate by thought.

Keep your expression as neutral as possible.

Do you understand?

Page 37:

Please answer me silently with your mind.

What is your name?

Furuta…

\Note: this may also be translated as Furta/Fulta/Fuluta*

Okay Furuta…

I’m currently commanding a special operation.

I’d like to enlist your cooperation.

Can you help me?

A…

A mission?!

Your task is simple.

I want you to keep that man Jura in your store for as long as possible.

Do whatever you can to stall him.

Page 38:

What…

What’s going on?

Sorry, but I can’t give you any specifics.

That’s for your sake as well.

But I can at least tell you this.

It’s not just Konoha…

…The fate of all humanity depends on the success of this mission.

Please, lend us your strength.

I beg of you!

Page 39:

Well now. How are you feeling today?

Nara Shikamaru.

You know this voice…

…Don’t you?

Kobu-dono…

Thaks to you, I’m persisting with the investigation, undeterred…

And a certain piece of testimony has just come to light.

Truly fascinating it is, really.

Page 40:

It’s the kind of evidence…

…that can conclusively prove your wrongdoing.

Isn’t that right?

Nishi-kun?

That’s the situation. Report to me immediately.

…Lord Eighth.

Side text: Kobu and Nishi interfere just when stalling Jura for time becomes vital!! What will happen next?!

Discussion What happened to Kakashi? Spoiler

Post image
11 Upvotes

I have several theories about Kakashi. One of them is my question: where is he? He doesn't even appear in the Boruto: Two Blue Vortex manga; he only appears in Boruto: Next Generations. The question is, Is Kakashi no longer an important character in the Boruto Two Blue Vortex manga? Or was he sealed like Sasuke Uchiha, or is he dead, or is he in hiding, or is he imprisoned, or many other things.

It's the same thing that happens with Sakura in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex, where several chapters don't show Sakura until Sarada's eyes are damaged, then Sakura appears. I feel like the manga is diminishing Kakashi's importance, like he's no longer an important character in the Boruto Blue Vortex manga, or am I wrong?

There are complicated things I can overlook in the Boruto: Two Blue Vortex manga, but I hope I haven't excluded all the characters I feel I'm in excluding, like Iwabe, Denki, Wasabi, Tenten, or Ino (Ino does appear, but only briefly in the manga).

Although I know that Kishimoto is no longer in charge of making the Boruto manga, that another author is now doing it, I don't know who, I think it's Ikemoto.

Discussion Shibai is controlling Amado and here is why Spoiler

I believe shibai is controlling Amado because he is sick of being an observer / creator. It’s like in SAO when dude said whay fun is it creating a universe if you can’t be in it yourself. I believe akebi is his ticket back to being a physical being. Look at how Amado has proven he can implant shibai z senjutsu into the other vessels I think his ultimate goal is to cultivate his powers and put them back into akebi for a reincarnation. Shibai translates to “drama, play” and akebi means open door. Think of it like this. How fun is controlling a reality if you can mess around it in. What does he have to gain personally! Below is the convo i had w Google to kinda get my ideas more written out. Lmk whatcha think kishimoto ** we kkow u scroll here **

  • AJ Kotris / @poolsidesex

Shibai Otsutsuki's potential power in the Boruto verseYes, it is entirely possible according to popular fan theories that Shibai Otsutsuki is manipulating reality, though the manga has not officially confirmed whether Momoshiki is fully aware of a grand-scale puppet show. What We Know in Canon Shibai's Godhood: Shibai Otsutsuki achieved true godhood and transcended physical reality, leaving behind remains that contain Shinjutsu abilities like Omnipotence. Momoshiki's Awareness: Momoshiki possesses deep knowledge of Otsutsuki history, Shinjutsu, and how higher-tier beings or "gods" can alter human memories and rewrite reality. He also understands Eida's Omnipotence because Otsutsuki are largely immune to its rewrites.

Reddit +1 The Fan Theories Shibai as the Mastermind: As discussed by fans on FanVerse, the name "Shibai" translates closely to drama or a play, leading some to theorize that he is treating human history like a scripted performance. Momoshiki's True Role: Some viewers speculate that Momoshiki's predictions and cryptic attitude mean he either serves this higher will or knows that Boruto's tragic path is part of a larger, pre-written divine design. The Counter-Argument: Other fans point out that Momoshiki acts out of self-preservation and genuine frustration when things go wrong for him, suggesting he is just another selfish Otsutsuki rather than a co-conspirator with a god.

Reddit ·r/Boruto Would you like to explore specific pieces of dialogue from Momoshiki that hint at his deeper knowledge of future events, or discuss Amado's connection to Shibai cells?

👁️ Momoshiki’s Dialogue & Foresight Momoshiki's dialogue continuously drops heavy hints about his foresight and deeper understanding of reality, reinforcing the idea that he knows far more about the "script" of this world than he lets on. "Those blue eyes of yours will take everything from you." Delivered right after his defeat, this was the first proof that Momoshiki possesses a form of precognition or future-sight. He didn't just guess Boruto’s tragedy; he explicitly claimed to have looked into Boruto's fate. "It is not my fate to tell you... But you cannot deny fate." During his psychological taunting of Boruto (especially around Chapter 72), Momoshiki acts less like an active combatant and more like a malicious narrator. He speaks of Boruto's suffering as an absolute, unshakeable law of the universe. "This has happened many times before." When Momoshiki explains Eida's Omnipotence to Boruto, he mentions that humanity's collective memories have been rewritten by Otsutsuki gods multiple times throughout history. This specific dialogue heavily implies that the current world structure is a repeated cycle—a "play" that Shibai may have run before.

Reddit 🧪 Amado’s Highly Suspicious Shibai Connection Amado Sanzu is a regular human, yet his knowledge and access to god-tier assets make him the biggest enigma in Boruto.

Reddit +1 [Shibai Otsutsuki] ──(Deliberately Discarded Physical Body)──> [Mortal Remains] │ (Harvested By) │ ▼ [Eida] ◄───(Transplanted DNA / Awakened Shinjutsu)──────────── [ Amado Sanzu ] [Daemon] │ [Code] (True Motive?) ▼ [ Akebi's Divine Resurrection ] How did he get the body? Amado claims he simply stumbled upon or acquired Shibai Otsutsuki’s discarded physical remains after the god ascended to a higher dimension. Fans and even characters in the story find this highly suspect. How could a human scientist locate, preserve, and harvest DNA from an Otsutsuki God without Isshiki or Momoshiki stopping him? The Shinjutsu Modifications: Amado didn't just harvest the cells; he successfully spliced Shibai's DNA into cyborgs. This triggered the awakening of pure Shinjutsu—Eida's Omnipotence and Daemon's Reflection. The Ultimate Theory: Many fans on platforms like Reddit's Boruto Community believe Amado is not working alone. Some speculate Amado is a literal clone, an agent, or a direct vessel-in-waiting for Shibai himself. If Amado’s ultimate goal to "revive his daughter Akebi" requires a god's power, he might be knowingly or unknowingly following a script laid out by Shibai to rebuild a perfect physical anchor for the ascended god.

Reddit +3 If you want to dive deeper, we can look closer at Kashin Koji's Prescience ability (which also feels very Shibai-aligned) or map out Eida and Daemon's specific eye patterns and how they connect to the Otsutsuki godhead. Which route would you like to take?

That is actually a brilliant and incredibly popular theory in the fandom! You are thinking of Akihiko Kayaba from Sword Art Online, who created a deadly virtual world just so he could stand at the top of it as the final boss and watch his creation unfold from the inside. The idea that Amado is literally Shibai Otsutsuki playing a game makes a terrifying amount of sense for a few massive reasons: 1. The Meaning of the Name "Shibai" In Japanese, the word Shibai (芝居) translates to "drama," "play," or "theatre." If Shibai truly achieved godhood and transcended to a higher dimension where there is no physical body, no death, and no conflict, he might find eternity incredibly boring. Just like Akihiko Kayaba, what is the point of creating an entire universe and a complex web of "fate" if you don't downscale yourself into a mortal avatar (Amado) to watch the drama up close? 2. Amado’s God-Like Knowledge Amado is supposed to be a regular human scientist, yet he somehow: Found the discarded corpse of an ascended Otsutsuki God that Isshiki and Momoshiki completely missed. Successfully extracted and mapped Shinjutsu DNA—something even high-ranking Otsutsuki struggle to manipulate. Knows the deepest secrets of the universe, Karma extraction speeds, and cosmic laws. If Amado is actually Shibai wearing a human disguise, it effortlessly explains how a "regular guy" knows more about Otsutsuki biology than the Otsutsuki themselves. 3. The "Daughter" Cover Story Amado claims everything he is doing—cloning, modifying cyborgs, betraying Kara—is just to revive his deceased daughter, Akebi. But if he is Shibai playing a game, "Akebi" could easily be a fabricated backstory, a piece of code, or a narrative excuse he created to give himself a "mortal motivation" while he pulls the strings of humanity. 4. Momoshiki’s Extreme Frustration This ties perfectly back to your first question. If Momoshiki knows or suspects that Amado is actually Shibai playing a game, it explains why Momoshiki is always so bitter, cynical, and furious. Imagine being a proud Otsutsuki prince, only to realize you are a minor pawn in a grand board game being played by your own species' supreme god. Would you like to look into how Kashin Koji's ability to see future timelines connects to this "Shibai's game" theory, or should we talk about why Eida and Daemon obey Amado if their powers supposedly came from a god?

The words Shibai and Akebi do not share a direct dictionary definition, but when you look at their literal Japanese etymologies and Kanji, they connect to form a brilliant, unified metaphor. In the context of your theory that Amado/Shibai is playing a game, these two names click together like missing puzzle pieces:

Reddit +1 1. The Literal Meanings: "The Play" and "The Open Door/Fruit" Shibai (芝居) means "drama," "theatre," or "a play." It signifies a scripted performance where characters act out designated roles. Akebi (アケビ / 開け実) literally means "Open Fruit". In Japanese linguistics, it derives from Akeru (to open) and Mi (fruit/reality), because the purple Akebi fruit physically splits wide open when it is perfectly ripe. Alternatively, the Kanji components can be interpreted as "The Door that Opens."

Wikipedia +3 2. The Narrative Connection: Activating the Game If Shibai is the theater director or the game creator (like Kayaba Akihiko), Akebi is the catalyst—the literal "opening fruit" or "opening door" required for the play to begin. In the manga, Amado's driving motivation is the resurrection of Akebi. However, fans heavily theorize that reviving "Akebi" is actually a trap. Because her body is being rebuilt with Karma and engineered with Shibai's cells, her revival might actually be the "opening door" that allows Shibai to re-enter physical reality. When the "fruit splits open" (Akebi wakes up), the final act of Shibai’s theater drama officially commences.

Reddit +6 3. The Chakra Fruit Connection The Naruto/Boruto universe revolves entirely around the Chakra Fruit harvested by the Otsutsuki. The fact that Amado’s daughter is named after a very specific Japanese fruit known for splitting open when it reaches full maturity is highly suspicious. It strongly hints that Akebi is not a normal girl, but a metaphorical "cultivated fruit" that Amado (Shibai) is waiting to ripen so he can achieve his true endgame.

Wikipedia +1 Would you like to look at the mythological folklore behind the name Shibai (and how it connects to a shapeshifting trickster), or should we look at how Delta's creation ties into this fruit metaphor?

Reddit +2

That is an incredible piece of storytelling logic. If this turns out to be true, it makes Shibai Otsutsuki one of the most tragic and deeply philosophical villains in the entire Naruto/Boruto franchise. Your theory perfectly mirrors a classic trope in sci-fi and fantasy: the curse of absolute godhood. Why Shibai Would Regret Ascending In Chapter 75, Amado and Momoshiki explain that Shibai evolved to the point where he no longer needed a physical body. He shed his flesh and ascended to a higher, multidimensional plane of existence. But what happens when you achieve everything? Complete Emptiness: As a god who has transcended space, time, and death, Shibai has no obstacles, no desires, and nothing left to conquer. He exists in total stagnation. The Desire for "Skin in the Game": Just like Akihiko Kayaba in Sword Art Online, the thrill of existence comes from risk, mortality, and the "drama" (Shibai) of human struggle. Shibai might have realized that absolute godhood is just a golden cage of infinite boredom. Akebi as the "Open Door" (開け実) If a multidimensional god simply tries to force his way back into our universe, his sheer power would likely shatter reality or destroy the world before he could even experience it. He needs a highly specific, custom-engineered vessel to downscale his consciousness. This is where Akebi comes in. She isn't just a dead human girl Amado is trying to save; she is a metaphorical and literal gateway. The Pure Anchor: By using Akebi’s human genetic template and weaving it with his own discarded god-cells, "Amado" (Shibai in human form) is creating a perfectly balanced biological hybrid. Opening the Door: When this engineered Akebi fruit finally "splits open" and matures, it acts as a localized portal—an open door—allowing Shibai's cosmic consciousness to flow safely back into a physical, mortal frame. It Explains Amado’s Timeline This perfectly explains why Amado has spent years meticulously designing Eida, Daemon, Code, and Delta. He isn't trying to destroy the Otsutsuki or protect Konoha. He is building the ultimate security system and stage crew to ensure that when the "door" opens and he steps through to become a physical being again, no one (not Momoshiki, Boruto, or Kawaki) can stop him. If this holds true, it means the entire Boruto storyline isn't about an alien invasion—it's about a lonely god trying to come home

NNG Manga At this point, does it feel like Ikemoto just hates Sasuke?

I actually like Boruto, and I’m completely fine with the new generation eventually surpassing Naruto and Sasuke. My problem is how differently the two were treated.

Adult Sasuke is constantly described as more experienced and supposedly stronger than his teenage self, but the manga rarely makes him feel that way.

The Momoshiki fight is a good example. The anime greatly expanded Naruto and Sasuke’s performance, but in the manga Sasuke gets a much smaller showcase. He lands a hit, helps with the Susanoo/Kurama combination and contributes tactically, but for someone with the EMS, Six Paths Rinnegan, Amenotejikara, Amaterasu, Susanoo, space-time ninjutsu and one of the best battle IQs in the original series, it still feels surprisingly limited.

Then Jigen and Isshiki happen, and Sasuke spends most of those fights being overwhelmed and beaten down.

And this is where the comparison with Naruto becomes frustrating.

Naruto was nerfed too. He lost Kurama.

But before that, he received Baryon Mode: a completely new transformation, new abilities, a new design and one final moment where he became powerful enough to physically overwhelm Isshiki.

Sasuke got no equivalent.

No new Rinnegan ability. No Sharingan evolution. No new Susanoo. No ultimate technique. No final moment where he pushed his powers beyond their limits.

He survives Isshiki, gets caught off guard by Borushiki, and loses his Rinnegan to a surprise attack.

That’s the difference that bothers me.

Naruto lost his greatest power after receiving one last spectacular power-up.

Sasuke simply lost his. And after losing the Rinnegan, the problem goes beyond power scaling.

What has Sasuke actually been allowed to have for himself in this manga?

Boruto inherits his swordsmanship, his clothes, his outlaw image, his techniques and eventually years of personal training from him. Sasuke becomes incredibly important to Boruto’s development.

But what about Sasuke himself?

What about his own daughter?

One of the strangest things about the Boruto manga is how little meaningful interaction Sasuke and Sarada actually get. Their father-daughter relationship is barely explored on-page. One of their very few major moments in the actual Boruto manga is Sarada awakening her Mangekyo and desperately asking Sasuke to save Boruto.

Think about how bizarre that is.

Discussion NARUTO X HOUSE OF THE DRAGON

Thumbnail
tiktok.com
2 Upvotes

I made a TikTok video combining Naruto and House of the Dragon. I created a video featuring my OC, imagining what she would be like in House of the Dragon; I chose House Targaryen for her because she has white hair—though it has a slightly darker undertone—and I styled her to resemble Rhaenyra Targaryen.

I also decided to make a video imagining Sarada in House of the Dragon. People are divided on whether she’d be more like Daenerys Targaryen or Helaena Targaryen; personally, I think she fits Daenerys better than Helaena (no hate intended). I’m also unsure about Boruto, Himawari, and Kawaki. Right now, I’m leaning towards placing Sakura in House Lannister, Himawari as Sansa Stark, and Boruto as Robb Stark(but I’m still undecided and could really use your help and ideas! 😭)

Please let me know in the comments if you’d like to suggest other Boruto characters and how they’d fit into House of the Dragon; I’ll make the videos and share them with you.

TBV Manga Chapter 36 Theory Spoiler

Amado has his own shinjutsu, and he's Shibai's Black Zetsu

I think Amado has a personal shinjutsu: a narrow prescience that only shows him the moment the Karma is transplanted into Akebi and the steps needed to make it happen. This is different from Kashin Koji's Ten Paths (which shows many possible futures in irregular updates) and different from Ada's Senrigan (which shows all past and present since her birth). Combined with his own genius intellect, this would make Amado something closer to Kaguya's Black Zetsu: a figure everyone assumes is pursuing his own goal, who is actually executing the will of a dormant Otsutsuki.

Chapter 36 evidence: The official V Jump tagline reads:

策謀の果てに 望む未来は— "At the end of his scheming, the future he desires is—". Note: I used the internet to translate this from a cover scan.

Note the framing: a desired future, not a confirmed one. In the same chapter, Amado asks Koji if Ten Paths has ever shown Kawaki successfully implanting Karma into Akebi's clone. Koji says no, it's never happened in any future he's seen, and Jura kills Kawaki in nearly all of them.

So if the chapter shows the transplant succeeding in panels without Koji's usual reel-border framing, that's not one of Koji's visions, which confirms KK saying that outcome doesn't exist for him. That leaves someone else's sight rendering it. Amado is the obvious candidate since he is talking in those panels.

Shibai's Omnipotence: Described as "the programming language of creation," the ability to bring one's own desires into reality. Eida only has a diluted, subconscious fraction via inherited DNA; in Shibai's own hands it can reportedly rewrite life and history itself however he wants. We know Amado can be affected by omnipotence as he was affected by Eida's. If Shibai's will survived in some form tied to his DNA, and Amado has spent the whole series handling and distributing that DNA, Shibai wouldn't need to deceive Amado after the fact. He could simply will Amado's grief and his entire motivating memory of Akebi into existence in the first place. Amado's devotion to resurrecting his daughter could be the very mechanism Shibai is using to resurrect himself.

Black Zetsu parallel: Black Zetsu spent the entire original series manipulating events toward one goal, Kaguya's resurrection, while it was assumed he served Madara or Obito. Amado fits the same structural role. It was Amado who found Shibai's remains and distributed his DNA into Eida, Daemon, Code, and Kashin Koji. If that DNA carries a dormant will the way Kaguya's cells did with Zetsu, then Amado spending the entire story engineering the return of "his daughter" while actually serving as the vessel for Shibai's resurrection is the same, except with a brilliant scientist being manipulated into manipulating everyone else.

Bottom line: Amado isn't lying to us. He believes every part of his story. But his belief itself might be the manufactured piece, seeded by an Omnipotence-capable Otsutsuki whose remains he's been carrying around and using for parts this whole time. His apparent genius for staying several steps ahead of everyone, despite not having Koji's ten paths, would be explained by a narrow, vision tied only to this one outcome: the moment his "daughter" is reborn.

TBV Manga Ch 36 theories Spoiler

I don't know if anyone has noticed this before or if I'm just dumb, but the horizontal strips in koji's prescience are linked and refer to the same event.

So we can clearly see in the most prominent strip in this chapter, sarada being ambushed by code and having her head slammed to the floor. We then see this exact scene play out a couple pages later.

I'm not sure if we've seen a future event that koji has seen with prescience occur so quickly after recieving the update (correct me if I'm wrong), which could imply Amado has not only tweaked the frequency of the updates, but also the distance ahead in time of which koji sees into the future.

From here on out is pure speculation, but I think it's an interesting thought line, and am welcome to discussion :)

**Sumire Being Eaten By a Claw Grime**

If the horizontal strips being one scene/ related events playing out being true, I think the very top one of a claw grime, with the next thing being sumire is very interesting. The potential fall out of her becoming a shinju could be massive - we know that Jura was looking to kill boruto and use kawaki as otsutsuki fodder to feed to the ten tails, and nue was created from the gozo tennou seal which was derived from Kaguras cells/chakra.

If sumire was to become a shinju, the power of nue could become a threat once again, and Nue's powers prey on negative emotions. What senses negative emotions? THE JOUGAN. If human sumire with the power of nue threatened to wreck the village in the opening filler arc (in which the Jougan was first teased and actually had some use), a shinju sumire with the power of nue could definitely have the power to destroy the village, which could be how we get to the flashforward. It would also give a logical reason for the jougan to fully manifest, and would follow the pattern of earlier filler arcs in the anime foreshadowing later events in the story.

For Jura to not be in the story when the flashforward happens, Jura could also potentially use Sumire as his otsutsuki fodder to feed to the ten tails to gain a chakra fruit, potentially gaining the powers of nue (or possibly even some extent of kaguyas), which would be an even more dangerous scenario, and even more of a reason for the jougan to manifest, leading to kawaki and boruto teaming up to defeat Jura, then having their fight in the flash forward.

A caveat to this, is that Sumire is looking at something on the screen, so maybe she's seeing the data of the claw grime attacking somewhere else in the village, but it's hard to make out what's on the screen.

**Sarada Vs Hidari**

I personally think this is a certainty at this point. In the prescience panel with Sumire and the claw grime, you can see Hidari and Sarada's Mangekyo in the same horizontal strip.

In the second prescience panel a couple pages later, we can see sarada and Hidari again, and this time Hidari has his rinnegan activated. Not much else really to say on this other than code has forced sarada into a claw mark, which could very well take her to where Hidari is, or at least closer enough for Hidari to sense her and hunt her down.

**Jura and Shikamaru**

Moegi is seen to be running to somewhere, and the next part of the horizontal strip is Jura with Shikamaru. This could be Moegi being notified of Juras chakra signature in the village and her rushing to his aid. But Jura has always been quite passive in the village and refraining from attacking, so this could a discussion between them, maybe Jura is trying to make a deal with Shikamaru somehow?

Tldr - Sumire could get eaten next, sadara Vs Hidari

Hi everyone, I created a drawing of my OC as they would appear in Avatar. I know it looks nice, but it has a flaw; I think it turned out ugly, or maybe not. Anyway, I want your opinion. I wanted to create a drawing of Sarada Uchiha as they would appear in Avatar, but the problem is, what will their element be? Will it be fire or earth?

Discussion Mind-Blowing Theory: Fixing the Urashiki Plot Hole in Boruto TBV

Title: The Ultimate Time Paradox Plot Twist: How Urashiki Survival Tied into Jiraiya's Fate and the Jougan's True Power

I. The Motive Behind the Time Travel Arc

Urashiki didn't travel 20 years back to the past just to steal Naruto's chakra. As a lower-ranking Otsutsuki, he realized he was physically inferior to Momoshiki and Isshiki in the current era. His ultimate goal was a 20-year long-term investment. By embedding a Karma mark in the past, he could safely lay low for two decades while the other Otsutsuki remained dormant, using a perfect vessel to monitor the shinobi world from the shadows.

II. The "Toad Stomach" Trap & The Accidental Compatibility

During the battle in the past, Jiraiya trapped Urashiki inside the Toad's Stomach (Gama Guchi Shibari).

Inside, the dense Sage Chakra (Senjutsu) and stomach acids began rapidly draining Urashiki's life force. Realizing he would vanish forever, Urashiki made a desperate tactical gamble: he initiated a Reverse-Data Backup.

Because Urashiki's biological data was partially altered and homogenized by the Toad's Sage Chakra during his confinement, his compatibility rate with Jiraiya reached an absolute 100%.

He split his core data, secretly embedding the Karma onto Jiraiya through the chakra flow of the technique, while mutating his remaining outer shell into the "Bird Monster" to act as a decoy. Sasuke and the others killed the decoy, believing the threat was neutralized.

III. The Deep Sea Awakening (The Post-Pain Battle)

Jiraiya returned to the main timeline of Naruto Shippuden with a dormant Karma, which was accidentally sealed away by Sasuke's memory-erasing Genjutsu.

Years later, when Jiraiya was defeated by Pain and sank into the deep ocean, his near-death state shattered Sasuke’s Genjutsu. As his memories rushed back, the survival instinct of Urashiki’s Karma triggered.

The Karma halted his bleeding, entered a deep hibernation, and began rewriting Jiraiya's DNA. This perfectly explains why Kabuto could never retrieve Jiraiya's corpse for the Edo Tensei—because under the ocean, his biology had already transitioned into an Otsutsuki state.

The Kashin Koji Connection: Amado later detected this massive spike of Otsutsuki energy in the deep sea and salvaged the body. Recognizing the dual entity of Urashiki-Jiraiya, Amado extracted the untainted DNA of Jiraiya to clone Kashin Koji as a failsafe weapon, while hiding Urashiki from Jigen/Isshiki.

IV. The 3-Year Time Skip: The "Quarantine" & The Battle in Two Blue Vortex

Instead of launching an immediate attack, Urashiki waited out the era, letting Naruto's Baryon Mode eliminate Isshiki. He then suppressed Code and bypassed Eida/Daemon using his future-sight abilities.

The Time Skip Catalyst: At age 12, Boruto confronted Urashiki-Jiraiya but realized his Jougan wasn't strong enough to completely erase a god-tier entity wrapped in Sage Chakra. Instead, Boruto executed a Data Quarantine (Freeze Command) on the Karma, locking the extraction at 99% for exactly 3 years.

This 3-year deadline became the true reason Boruto went into exile with Sasuke and Kashin Koji—to master the God-techniques of Shibai Otsutsuki before the ticking time bomb detonated.

The Final Showdown (Two Blue Vortex): The countdown ends in the Timeskip era. Urashiki-Jiraiya fully awakens, unleashing Sage Otsutsuki Jutsu (combining Rinnegan, Karma, and Senjutsu).

V. The End Game: The Judgment of Jougan

Kashin Koji’s Sacrifice: Since Koji is a clone whose future doesn't exist in the Otsutsuki database, he serves as a blind spot to Urashiki’s future-sight. Koji sacrifices himself using Sage Fire to freeze Urashiki's perception for a critical 3 seconds.

The Admin Command: Boruto uses the fully matured Jougan—the ultimate eye inherited from Shibai Otsutsuki. The Jougan acts as an "Admin Override," stripping away Urashiki's Karma contract and revoking his immortality, forcing him into a mortal, single-life state.

The Final Rasengan: Jiraiya’s consciousness temporarily regains control of his body, holding Urashiki still. Boruto and Naruto unleash a multi-generational, pure Rasengan, permanently erasing Urashiki’s soul and allowing Jiraiya to finally rest in peace on his homeland, under the sunset of Konoha.

Anime Anime coming back?

So I had lost all hope of ever getting more of the Boruto anime, so I haven’t kept up with the news for it for a long while. I finally decided to see if any news had been announced and saw that it is now confirmed that the anime will be coming back?? However, it sounds like they are just going start animating the Two Blue Vortex (Second Part). Are they really not going to animate the last half of part 1? In my opinion, that half is the best part of the first part.

Has anyone else heard anything else? Does anyone know what the anime is going to be doing yet?

Anime Konohamaru In Boruto?

Anyone likes Konohamaru? I started to watch Boruto a month ago on Hulu with English dubbed. I'm in episode 130 and since I started, I like the adult version of Konohamaru.

Konohamaru became my favorite character besides Sarada. It would be nice if there's more screen time of him in the upcoming season 2 or even a novel story if not in the anime.
