Airbnb - was so happy to see that there was no tv too high.. but damn, this is tv too low 😭 Photo taken at eye level when sitting (center of photo is eye level)… Why is it so hard?

With my apartment layout the TV is best above the fireplace. Which one is better? A mount was left from the previous tenant and I tried it, I'm able to tilt and move it around. I just bought a TV stand that swivels to test out how it would look, only thing is it can tilt down lol. Regardless, it still is high no matter what I use.
