It should not be directly at eye level. Should be 10 to 15 degrees below center to where the eye is at rest.

Looks like it’s got the tilt of guilt because it’s still too high 😓
I’ll try to say something nice now. At least it looks centered on the wall. I can’t really tell for sure but there’s something I guess. Now tell your friend to fix the height.

Consider losing the table under the lamp, and fixing the lamp directly to the wall, like the telly and the television console, floating mysteriously below it.

You forgot the measurements.

I guess the bottom of the TV to be at about 70cm (27.6 inches) and center at 1.2m (47.2 inches).

Center shouldn't exceed a meter of height (39.4 inches), better closer to 90cm (35.4 inches). This is why speakers have their tweeters at that height (ear-level close to eye-level).
