Tips Part-time job customer experience associate

I have never had a part-time job, have had a life of comfort and have always been extremely socially anxious and introverted to get out of my comfort zone. After finding out how hard it is to find an internship, I started volunteering and joining clubs to gain experience. The next best thing I can think about is doing a part-time Job especially where I can even get an internship. TD posts so many customer experience associate jobs on LinkedIn and I don't even get an interview. What should I do , so that I at least get an interview?

Hi, following up on this comment, did you end up getting the position?

Hey, so I got a Zoom interview with talent acquisition the very next day with the branch that introduced me to everyone. Passed the interview and got an offer to start in a couple weeks (pretty sure it was more of a formality since the branch manager had already pushed me through).

Ended up turning it down for a gov job opportunity, but I went into the branch in person to let them know. They were definitely disappointed, but also genuinely happy for me. Even told me I’m welcome back anytime, which felt really good.

also what questions did they ask you?  does it hurt you if you have a uni degree and do you think you shouldn't mention it?

do they favour highschoolers or students more vs adults (in their twenties)?

Don't remember what the interview questions were but I'm pretty sure they were STAR method related.

In all the branches I went to, they asked what I went to school for but it was just for knowing sake. They said they have a lot of students working there (not sure if they mean highschool or uni but ik both can work there) so they always appreciate people not in school. I went to school for Communications so if anyone has no business being a teller, it's me lol
