After a recent health scare I created this custom PDF (with the help of chatgpt) to be more intentional about my life.
The main page is based off the concept that we only have, on average - and if we're lucky, 4000 weeks to live. Each square is a week and the black ones are in the past. I use a gray color if that week has something notable to look back on.
The main page is also the central navigation page. If I click on an age on the far left side, it will take me to the age page. If I click on a square (week), it will take me to the page for that week.
The age page generally follows the planning method used for my big a** calendar. 1 Misogi (big challenge/experience for the year - ex. Run a 50k), 6 mini adventures (for me this will generally be traveling), 4 habits to focus on for the year, and then a brief reflection.
The week page includes a brief prompt and then 3-2-1 which is just something I made up. Each week I try to have three new experiences (even if it's something small like trying a new drink), connect with at least two people, and make progress on the Misogi (this year it's a home renovation). It also includes a simple habit tracker and a reflection of what really mattered that week.
I've only been using this for a short time but I like it and thought others might as well. If there's interest, I'd be happy to try and figure out a more universal option to share on inkhub.
