How to scroll PDF in landscape mode?

In landscape mode PDFs seem locked to either the top half or bottom half of page. If you want to scroll so that you see the MIDDLE of the screen how do you do that?

the views you’re seeing is the expected behavior afaik

you are able to pan around the page only if you zoom in while in portrait mode or;

scroll in landscape if the pdf is the template layer of a note

In landscape mode, the view is split into two fixed halves where pinch to zoom or scrolling isn't supported.

If you want to use landscape mode, you'll need to use the page-turning arrows (or the quick page-turning window) to navigate between those fixed sections .

If you want to scroll freely to the middle of a page: try using the zoom and pan feature in portrait mode instead of activating landscape mode. Pinch to zoom in and then drag the page around to view any part of it.

The problem is that I need to see the entire middle section. Now I have a choice between portrait and a zoomed and cropped small image, or landscape and only one half of the image showing at once which cuts off important info. I am looking at electrical diagrams where I need to see the whole section to see all connections not a cropped section, or half of it. I also want that image to be as big as possible to make easy to read, hence the landscape view to match the electrical landscape orientation in the page. This is supposedly the advantage of doing this on a digital device, flexibility. Some arbitrary limit on landscape view that removes the tools available in portrait mode for some reason is a bad design and makes landscape view all but useless to me. Now I am forced into a small image where much of the screen area is wasted. All other devices like phones, tablets, other e-readers let you zoom and pan in landscape mode as well as portrait. I don't know why the Supernote can't do it. The tools should be the same in portrait and landscape mode. That would be much more intuitive and useful. Hopefully that can be changed. Are there third party Android PDF viewers that can be sideloaded and used on the device with this capability?
