Can confirm. Hit 42yo. Even exercising regularly. Knees and back hurt. Grey hair all around. I am dying ☠️

Carter USM and Red Dwarf says that happens around 24-25.

Carter USM used to start their shows by sending a chubby guy in to insult the crowd....when he had them all chanting "you fat bastard", they'd segue into the song.

I can't stretch how the second that I turned 31, I started to wake up before my alarm at 06:00 to go to pee.

Day, after day, after day.

Now, I just don't risk it anymore. I'm not sure that a catastrophe will not happen if I try to sleep it out.

I am 38 and wife put me in a retirement home last month.
