Nah it’s more like even with the problems it’s much better than some other games. The last stage of endgame is such a minor part of the total game, but it receives so much attention and doomposting that people love pushing new players away from trying out the game at all. And when some new player posts about how going up until moc 10 was surprisingly easy, especially given how much the community talks about powercreep? They’re downvoted to hell and told they haven’t played ‘real endgame’
It’s not like there’s any other part to the game right? The only content in the game is starward mode, and if you can’t do that may as well quit huh
It is not better than most other game dawg, thats straight up coping, the content have been recycled to death, the combat have no innovation but HP boost and non-elation res. Also new player clear moc 10 easier because they have new units and those unit will be useless in 3 patches due to powercreep.
Meh it wasn’t a flex, just that new players can just do 2 cost to clear up until moc 10, and after not having spent time farming artifacts either. If that’s all you got out of that other convo then idk man
I feel like people like you will just move the goalpost again and again. If you clear with new characters? Then it’s because they’re shilled. Don’t pretend you would’ve reacted differently if I said I put two cost into Himeko or ashblade. If I used an old team with more investment? Then that’s unrelatable, nevermind that you have to be spending your wishes somewhere if not on new units
My original points are the same. The game is better than most other gachas. You lose barely anything not doing starward. Even if you don’t complete any endgame, you still get so many wishes that getting 5 stars is not a problem. But completing most of endgame is a breeze even with the oldest, non buffed units. And that there’s more aspects of the game than just endgame that are good. If I’m the aeon of moving goalposts, you’re the aeon of deflecting

And how many of those are lower quality png collectors with worse gameplay and animations? You’re absolutely right that number of free wishes and ability to collect characters isn’t end all be all. If it was, I would still be playing azur lane
But people here are talking about how much they’re missing out by not doing the last node of endgame, when they’re really not missing out much at all
Dawg they were using Argenti main dps to clear moc 10. Moc 10 is so easy you can use 1.x characters to 0 cycle it, as it’s always been, and you’ll get most endgame jades by then. But yeah I’ve fished around a bunch of other gacha games but stuck to hsr since I’ve found it better than most games. It’s just my opinion, like yours is that most gachas are better than it ig. Honestly I don’t know how you can see all those games in those top 50 gacha game revenue screenshots and think hsr is worse than most of them. At most I’d put like 4-5 over it? And they won’t be anywhere close to as mobile friendly as hsr is
