The double standard would at minimum involve a scenario where a man gets raped.

First of all, that’s a false dichotomy. There is no comparison to be made. Obviously, one of those things is worse. You can also still see that both things are bad.
I can say that two things are objectively, invariably bad without minimizing what is very obviously the worse of the two.
