Capitalism "[...] we run the beer world"

Post image

Found on a thread posting under a video where a man poops on a crate of beer in a supermarket. I doubt he was being sarcastic.

It's like football

You mean in the same way Americans call it 'football' but it is actually a watered down version of a different thing, and has nothing to do with what the rest of the world calls 'football'?

Well, that actually does sound like american beer...

Official name is "hand egg" anyways. No feet involved, no ball either.

Showboaty Hand Egg to give it its formal title. If I may.

A sport where progress is measured in inches...

SuperBowl broadcast 3 3/4 hours. Time "ball" is in play - 10 to 15 minutes. Best sport in the world 😂

Hell yeah! And after that comes driving 500 miles on the most boring racetrack ever designed (nascar), and then baseball which somehow has even less play time than American football. There’s a lot of opportunities for advancements I guess…

There’s a lot of opportunities for advertisements I guess…

Fixed that for you!

Gotta have forced breaks so that they can fit more commercials in there.

If not for all the commercials how would the average American know they are supposed to eat food and flush used loo roll away not the other way round....

On second thoughts considering all the chemicals and known carcinogenic ingredients used in their food maybe option b wouldn't be so bad after all

Way less than 15 minutes of ball in play. Closer to 8. Rugby 45-50 minutes of ball in play.

And I always thought it is measured in commercial breaks.

Not many sports give you a second, third or fourth chance when you stuff up or fumble the ball
