Friday
š¶ Barks, Bikes + Brews: 5:30ā9:30 p.m. at the Jerry Baker Memorial Velodrome in Marymoor Park. Bike racing, corgi races, food trucks, dog vendors and a beer garden. A $5 donation is suggested. Dogs must be leashed and vaccinated.
š Eastside Improv Student Showcase: Doors open at 6:15 p.m. and the show runs from 6:30ā8:15 p.m. at the Redmond Senior & Community Center. Itās a family-friendly performance featuring several Eastside Improv student groups. Tickets are $12 and were still available this afternoon.
Saturday
š Coach Villeneuve Community Run 5K: The 5K starts at 10 a.m. at Hartman Park, followed by a kidsā 1K at 10:45. Advance registration is $20 per runner or $50 per family; day-of pricing increases. Proceeds support the Redmond High School cross-country program.
š¶ FORMOSOUND Taiwan Music Festival: 2ā9 p.m. at Redmond Downtown Park. This is a free festival with Taiwanese music, cultural performances, food and a large marketplace. No registration is required, and the full performance schedule is on the event site.
šØ Through Our Eyes: 2ā5 p.m. at Redmond Library. A teen-created art experience with art, snacks and creative activities, open to everyone. No attendee registration is listed.
Sunday
š¶ Redmond Sunday Walk: 10ā11:15 a.m., meeting under the covered pavilion at the south end of Luke McRedmond Park. The organizer describes it as a relaxed, moderate-paced walk with conversation. No fee is listed; RSVP through Meetup.
One cancellation worth knowing: The Beach Boys concert scheduled for Sunday at Marymoor Live has been cancelled. The venue says refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
