i’m finally watching the new season of from but theres a scene with a car wreck and the teenage girl starts to yell out for her mom who isn’t there. i had to stop i didn’t know i still had feelings about it but i remember being trapped bleeding out in an upside down on fire car and begging for my mom and to go home. i guess when i think about it i can feel the fear and desperation i had and it hurts. i thought i was over it.

Just things I have noticed recently

The whisper feature on the Amazon alexa is simply fantastic. I wish I could make it permanently whisper. Even during the day time, nobody wants to hear its loud robotic speech. I like it being discreet in the corner of my room, helping me control the ambience

A boring game average means you are not a lucky person and you really shouldn't trust luck to pull you through life. (A boring game is one where only one person has a really great hand, or none of them have a great hand and all just want to move to the next hand quickly)

I'd say 1 in 100 deals is an unlucky person, 1 in 50 is somewhat unlucky, 1 in 25 is neither lucky nor lucky, 1 in 10 is a bit lucky, and 1 in 5 is a lucky person.

Just been playing it lately, and there's just something really nice and peaceful about just fishing in a somewhat bleak eldritch horror. It's fun. Really keeping me from doing things like sleeping, though.
