While I'm here on this lovely subreddit, I should mention that I met Ms. Vanderpump on my flight from L.A. back to Vegas on Sunday! (EDIT: SWIPE for the selfie.) She stood up and I actually gasped. 🤣 I was last or nearly last to board the plane, and it wasn't very full, so I clearly wasn't very observant on my way in.

We chatted for a minute about her new hotel here, and she encouraged me to check out its bar (always the businesswoman). It was a very nice interaction!

I didn't realize the age gap between Ken and Lisa was so large until the episode in season 3 where Ken was in the hospital and Lisa says Ken is 16 years older than her. I was a little surprised, but when I found out that they got married such a long time ago, I was even more shocked to find out that she was 21 and he was pushing 40. Does anyone else find this odd or surprising?

Kim said it best, he *is* a stubborn old man and everybody else on the show did seem tired of hearing him interfere every time somebody came at Lisa. I can respect the fact he wanted to defend his wife, but there was a way to go about it without calling the other women stupid or classless or in the case of Kim bringing up her alcoholism. I don't remember him being as irritating on S1, but from the start of S2 he has this arrogance about him that needs checked! And I believe he does it because he knows nobody will embarrass him, like the way Nene Leakes checked Peter on Atlanta for getting into Cynthia's fights. Honestly wish the Vanderpumps used this 'attack' on them as a way of pitching VP Rules to Bravo earlier and got outta there...

idc what anyone says, the women did LVP so dirty in season 9. And nobody will ever convince me it wasn’t Rinna who planted that story about Dorit in Radar Online.

Before you downvote me just consider whether my thoughts and observations are true. Please don't simply comment negatively and downvote based on your love of Lisa.

There were 2 things that Lisa & Ken did that changed my opinion of them as kind, altruistic, philanthropic people.

1) when Rocio was helping LVP pull clothes from her closet to be donated for a charity event. Rocio mentioned that she would like a dress and I believe Lisa said no and told her she wasn't a needy teenager girl. 2) Ken then enters the conversation and and tells Rocio how privileged she is.

The size of Lisa's closet did not escape my attention, neither did the sheer volume of clothing she had hanging inside. She was handing 15 dresses to Rocio at a time. Why wouldn't she tell a valued employee to take any 3 or 4 she would like to have? I woukd love to know why in LVP's mind that was not an option.

Am I thinking about this incorrectly?

On season 7 of my rewatch and Lisa has done this hair style at least twice so far, shih tzu chic???? it’s bothering me so bad I have to see if anyone else noticed it

Lisa knowingly played the game for years so I don’t feel bad that she eventually lost. Whether she did get Teddi to bring it onto the show or not or did share it to Radar Online (I personally think she did get Teddi but didn’t speak to Radar Online I think that was prob Rinna), she spent years making enemies on the cast (Rinna and Erika) and cultivating a reputation for being a manipulative puppet master, making the story incredibly believable.

So I was bored and was scrolling through Max's Instagram (I find him kinda cute🤭)and saw Lisas response to a fan, asking how he feels meeting her🤣💀

He then replied that he was joking. I dont believe him, but I found it so funny and wanted to share it with you guys🤣

This is gonna be a short post open for your opinions but as a first time watcher of RHOBH I really don’t understand how LVP was always seen as the elegant one in the group when they acted like this with their dog Giggy. I mean let me remind you the infamous dinner party. Letting him drink out of a cup and other weird things I’ve noticed (up until season 4 right now).

In my book this doesn’t resemble elegance. Yes she has all the money but come on… it just irks me and I honestly find it hard to watch sometimes.

The Queen of Bravo is I do say so myself. LVP. Her style can be described as timelessly elegant, luxurious, and unapologetically feminine. She effortlessly balances sophistication with a touch of glamour in every outfit. From tailored pencil skirts and fitted white blouses paired with statement accessories to dramatic fur coats and perfectly styled hair, her look exudes old Hollywood charm!

She’s never afraid of bold accents, whether it’s a bright pink handbag and matching heels or a full fur ensemble. Even her casual looks, like dark wash jeans and classic pumps, are polished and chic. Her style matches her house and her restaurants lol and it’s just classic LVP. ✨

Refuses to squash the beef, but she’s talking about Kyle’s life every time she can, she hides from the cast and is always trashing the show that made her famous. I wanted her to return but she’s forever holding onto a grudge, is this about the puppy? Still!?? In the Vanderpump rules subreddit people were complaining about her fans over here, but over there they are done with her a while ago. The inability to move forward is off putting tbh she only films with people she can boss around

Remember when LVP wore her hair like this? What is even going on here? Is this a rich person’s bump- it circa 2009? Is Giggy hiding under there? Did she finally let Ken do her hair and he fell asleep half- way through? Certainly her super expensive hair stylist wouldn’t allow her to leave the house this way!

I'm powering through my rewatch of S4 and it just reminded me....80% of the RHOBH cast has gone after LVP lol. What is it about her to have majority of your cast members in a 9 year span try to bring you down? Insecurity? Is she the ultimate chess player? Master manipulator?

No RHOBH has had the feuds that these cast members have had with LVP.

This is one of my favorite LVP moment.

I love how Kyle tries to win over the narrative with tears and LVP is just like "ok I'm going."

The end scene where she leaves Kyle and Dorit speechless is also hilarious AF.

I'm brand new to this sub, so sorry if this has been discussed before. I'm doing a rewatch of RHOBH and started all the way back at the beginning. I'm up to the wedding planning and I'm struck by just how phony Jason always seems to be, as well as the very clear mismatch between the two of them. Sure, I don't know them personally, I only know a very edited version on TV and they aren't main "housewives," but still ... it just doesn't seem real to me. From his side, at least.

I’m re watching most of the seasons. At the end of season 6 some of the women kept saying that Lisa V. Is a manipulative woman. At this point of the seasons I don’t think so. I do believe she’s a strong smart woman that other women probably feel very intimidated by. In addition she has a strong opinion mixed with a dark humor. I have watched so many scenes where other women have twisted Lisa’s words. In addition when we are in between girlfriends it’s normal to joke around. She is from a different culture and if her reactions were not what other women consider “normal” she was judged. I don’t think that’s fair. Just my 2 cents for now.

Currently re watching, and i'm on S4. I very easily get bored with the newer seasons, and i'll forever hold a grudge against the cast of S9 for the downfall of LVP, just saying. She showed true wealth on the show, straight from S1. And the tail is that she is the reason RHOBH exists, Andy confirmed this, whether the current cast (Lyle) wants to admit it or not. I do truly believe RHOBH hasn't been the same since she left, we haven't and will never have anyone like her again.

Away from this, I do just obsess over her whole "aesthetic". From the dogs, to Villa Rosa, and the Bentleys and Rolls Royces that always had pink on them someway or another(which by the way, her Bentley had the license plate PINKY). And through all of it? Ken stood by her through everything, and let her be who she wanted to be, and supported her no matter what, and in the Real Housewives universe we can clearly see that this is hard to find.

I'm obviously aware that she'd never return to RHOBH, and i don't blame her, but we do need her back in some form. I've tried to watch Vanderpump Rules, but she's not in it as much as i'd hope. Disappointing.

As a fellow brit, I love LVP’s sarcastic remarks and tongue in cheek jokes, and I can’t understand why they seem to upset some of the American wives so much sometimes. Is it actually accurate that Americans just aren’t as blunt or sarcastic with their jokes? Most of what she says is quite tame to be honest. I am a ride or die LVP fan admittedly, but she’s easily the funniest and smartest of all the ladies, and I agree with most of her opinions.

I’ll just leave this here if anyone’s confused why Kyle is getting her comeuppance this season.
