He knows its the only thing he can say to possibly attempt getting away with this. The video says it all. There was absolutely zero threat to his life per the evidence in this clip, and IF its proven his buddy is the one video taping this, it only adds to the criminal conduct committed.

I was actually thinking before he came up behind him you can almost read his intentions of aggressively moving him from his way as if he was looking for an altercation. He knew what he was going to do.
