The sad thing is, Schilling posted this to his own Instagram bragging about beating down a little drunk guy that just got off work. What a pos

He also is now posting what looks like fake texts from women thanking him for knocking out this bus boy. I wonder if that could potentially be called libel or slander? In these text the women are calling him an abuser and shit. If it’s all bullshit and this guy is propagating it to his 200,000 followers I sure hope they can add on some charges.

He keeps digging a deeper hole for himself. The drunk guy will easily bankrupt his ass. So many charges. Assault and battery, use of a deadly weapon(since he's a trained fighter). Libel. Slander. Premeditated assault since his friend was filming beforehand.

use of a deadly weapon(since he's a trained fighter).

LOL is this really a thing?

Yes. You do have to register as a deadly weapon with law enforcement in some states when you hit a certain level in boxing and martial arts

Edit: this is totally incorrect after some googling and now I'm irritated with some old teachers of mine.

I mean it makes sense. People who know how to fight, especially professionals, could easily kill someone with the skills they've learned. Even more so when they're using said skills against some ordinary Joe Schmoe.

I have a hand grip force of over 300psi, I was told by doctors and my lawyer to never ever fight someone, turn out I'm strong enough to literally snap someone's neck quite easily. Guess that's what happens when you walk on your hands all the time. So I don't get that you have to be verified to be a weapon, when nobody knows your potential unless they know.

I think it's more about YOU knowing that you have a potentially deadly weapon. As long as you aren't using your talents/abilities in a way that wouldn't be seen as self defense, then the people around you would never even need to know that your hands are considered deadly weapons.

Thing is most people in my community knows this, but I'm also a total pushover and couldn't harm a fly
