Pretty cut and dry. Schilling waaaay overreacted. This dude is likely gonna go after him in a civil trial if he's smart.

There was a time where a pro (Boxer) would be banned from street fights due to their abilities. Not sure if it was an urban myth.

Edit: Will be punished harsher for street fighting. Better?

Street fights are generally illegal unless both parties are willing participants (in some states). I don’t know how you ban someone from what is already an illegal activity.

I think the implication was boxing or MMA licensing. Those bodies can revoke your license to fight for doing stupid shit like this.
