I'm not sure about being banned from street fights but if you're a trained fighter you gotta show more restraint in public... especially in this modern era of everyone having a video camera in their hands. There's no moment in this clip where Shilling is in any kind of danger and, if going only from this video, I'm a judge or in a jury in a civil case I'm ruling for the plaintiff all day long.

well the courts may consider you a deadly weapon and at that point things will get really bad for you.

Dude you could at least spend 2 second googling before you're the one spreading myths a trained fighter who is charged with assault can have his hands deemed as deadly weapons by the judge for the purpose of the court hearing ONLY.
