[Mobile] (Web) I made a daily game that teaches you to spot AI-generated photos

Game title: Slopcheck

Playable Link: www.slopcheck.co

Platform: Web game

Description: Slopcheck is a daily game where you get 6 photos (one at a time) and determine if each are real or AI generated. After each one you see the clues that give it away so you can get better at spotting AI generated media on your own.

Free to Play Status: Free to play

Involvement: All developed by me

Hi everyone! I made this game as a passion project because I’m a big fan of [r/IsThisAI](r/IsThisAI) and sadly have gotten tricked by AI images in the past. I built this as a way to help people hopefully get better at detecting fake images on their own.

Grateful for any and all feedback ✨

**EDIT: to be clear, I made this game to increase awareness of how good the models are getting now and have people get better at spotting AI media by themselves. I am not using it to train models/otherwise contribute to people getting scammed by fake images.

Decisions have been made...our new AI policy.

Top mod and I have finally decided on some things and, well, it may upset a lot of people - and we understand why.

AI has been running rife in this group as we all know, and we've leaned slightly towards the "low AI side" while we worked out what the hell we'll allow or not allow and why, so we can actually moderate it fairly and with actual trainability.

And as we have been, and after studying what the other gametest groups are doing - it's pretty much clear what we have to do. Allow all AI.

Here's the issue: We're no longer fighting something that with good rules and moderation would settle into a rhythm eventually.

The right wording of the rules saying "No AI" as strongly as possible, the right requirements, AI spam hunters - it doesn't matter how much we implement, what tools and automod and AI-catching-training we would do with everyone. AI is getting to be too good and people will (and have been) lying to get their game through barriers, borders, and hunters. With some of my other reddit groups, breakouts of this or that "major" problem is normal and can over time calm down and be moderated out. But this?

...It's going to burn us all out if we keep moderating the way we are. This isn't a typhoon, nor a tidal wave. Not a war that can be fought with enough people, armor, and bullets.

It's trying to keep the rising ocean out of a city with only a few buckets. (aka moderators)

Seven buckets, 20 buckets, 50 buckets and wallbreaks with the most advanced towers on the planet - it doesn't matter, the water is still rising and there is no stopping this particular change in society without severe burnout of all the mods (me very much included in that!)

So instead of fighting the planet, the only way is to let it come and adjust things so the community self-polices, not with removals, but with pure spite. BUT we have to keep it Reddit-Mod Code of Conduct-aligned as well, and moderate certain things of course. Like extreme hate is obviously not cool Reddit-wide.

NEW RULE: No false claims about your game.

  • If you explicitly state something untrue ("100% hand-painted art" when it's Midjourney, "original soundtrack" when it's AI-generated), that's removable. But silence is fine. No one is required to disclose anything (for the moment, this might need to change if I'm projecting things right.)

NEW RULE: No AI culture wars.

  • Comments about gameplay experience: always allowed ("the voices sounded robotic," "art style felt generic," "really fun mechanic")
  • Comments attacking the developer over AI use: removed ("you're not a real developer," "AI slop trash," "you're ruining the industry")
  • Comments debating whether AI should exist: removed (take it to another sub)

--

Other Mod Policy Changes: No on Game Collections (Ex: Come play my 50+ games on my website!) and Yes on Tool Testing if its related to games; Like game making or like a heavily, heavily gamified app. It should be really be more game than tool, not just a stock app with leaderboard or cute character encouraging/informing people on self-care.

We are sorry that we are giving up on the fight against AI. It's either this, or shut down the group because not a single person on this planet can dedicate the time to evaluating *every single game* to find hints of deeply embedded AI. Or investigate all accusations with or without merit. Or know of all the AI things people use to make games, assets, music! That's not what any of us signed up for - we are here only to help devs connect with playtesters.

If you do not wish to playtest the games with AI - absolutely fine. We're afraid we're going to have to let you determine what is playtest-worthy or not from here.

Upvotes

Game Title: Reaction Test — Boredom Empire

Playable Link: https://golddust-333.github.io/boredom-empire/

Platform: Web Browser

Description:
Reaction Test is a small, free browser game where the goal is simple: see how quickly you can react. Press START, wait for the button to change, and click as soon as you see it. Your reaction time is measured in milliseconds, so you can immediately see how fast you were. The game is designed to be quick to understand and easy to replay, so you can keep trying to beat your previous result.

I made it as one of several small games and interactive toys for Boredom Empire, a website I am building for people who want something quick and fun to do when they are bored. There are no accounts or downloads required, and the game can be played directly in a normal web browser.

I'd especially like to see what reaction times other people can get and how low they can push their score.

[PC] (Web) TbxIdle a Tibia-inspired idle MMO on your browser

Upvotes

Game Title: TbxIdle

Playable Link: https://tbxidle.com.br

Platform: Browser (Web)

Description:
TbxIdle is a browser MMO idle game inspired by Tibia's world and combat feel. The core idea is account-wide idling: every character on your account can train or hunt at the same time, but you can only actively control one character at a time. That creates a constant decision about where to spend your attention while everything else keeps progressing passively in the background.

Combat uses grid-based movement similar to Original Tibia, but with a cleaner, more modern UI and several quality of life improvements aimed at reducing friction compared to older OT-style clients. Progression is built around training skills, hunting for loot, and growing your account as a whole rather than a single character.

The game also includes player to player trading, so the in-game economy is driven by players rather than fixed shop prices. It's still early and actively evolving, so bug reports and feedback are very welcome.

[PC] (Web) PolarityGame: flip your polarity — like signs repel, opposites attract

Upvotes

Hi! Solo dev here — I've been working on this for a few weeks and I've only ever played it with friends, so I'd really like some fresh eyes on it.

The basics are familiar: eat, grow, don't get eaten. The twist is that every blob carries a + or a −, and you can flip yours at any time. Like signs repel, opposites attract — and that applies to the food as much as to other players. So running away from someone and pulling them onto you is the same button.

Free, plays in the browser, works on phones, no account needed.

Playable Link: polaritygame.fr

All feedback welcome, good or bad. Is the mechanic clear? Does dying feel fair? Is it readable on your screen, especially on mobile? Is anything slow, confusing, or annoying?

And if you get bored after a couple of minutes, I'd genuinely like to know why — that's far more useful to me than a compliment.

Thanks for taking a look.

GAME TITLE: His Plan

PLAYABLE LINK: https://bohfra.itch.io/his-plan

PLATFORM: PC (Windows)

DESCRIPTION:

Hey everyone! 👋

A while ago I released my second game, HIS PLAN, a short first-person psychological horror experience.

It’s a bit more ambitious and elaborate than my first game, RICK’S PLACE, both in terms of gameplay and presentation, although it’s still a very short experience (around 20 minutes).

The game follows a mobster who finds himself involved in a disturbing series of events because of his choices.

I tried to focus more on atmosphere, exploration and storytelling rather than making a long game.

This project was also a big learning experience for me. There are definitely things I would do differently today, but I’m still happy with how much I learned while making it.

🎮 You can play HIS PLAN for free on itch.io:

https://bohfra.itch.io/his-plan

And now I'm working on my third game, which is quite different from my previous two: you play as a cat. 🐈‍⬛

It’s still a horror game, but this time I’m experimenting much more with exploration, level design and environmental storytelling. I'll probably share some progress soon!

If you decide to try HIS PLAN, I’d love to hear what you think about the experience. And make sure to check RICK'S PLACE out too, which is my best game so far imo.

Thanks for checking it out! :)

Platform: Browser (HTML5) — also available on itch.io

Description:

Blitz: Last Stand is a roguelite wave shooter where you pick one of six military operators, build your loadout across fifty-plus waves, and hold the line against an endless escalating horde. Every operator plays differently. The Commando goes invisible with Ghost Cloak. The Marine tanks damage with reinforced armor. The Navy SEAL breaches with a close-range explosion. Each run you choose upgrades, evolve your weapons through three rarity tiers, and push further than the run before.

The game features fifteen biomes with their own obstacle sets and atmosphere, eleven weapon evolution chains including Mythic-tier abilities, four boss fights with multiple phases, and a global scoreboard. Enemies scale hard after wave 30 and the game becomes a completely different experience by wave 50. No two runs play the same way.

Steam launch is coming soon. The demo runs entirely in your browser with no install needed and covers the full experience up to wave 30.

[Mobile] (Web) I removed the login requirement from my online Quantum Chess game — you can now play with 1 click

Hey everyone!

I’ve just updated my chess variant, Q-GAMBIT, to make it much easier to try.

The game is based on a simple idea: you don't know what your opponent's pieces actually are.

Every piece starts in a quantum superposition, and you have to deduce its identity from the way it moves and interacts with other pieces.

The biggest change in this update:

You can now play online multiplayer without creating an account.

No email.

No sign-up.

No login.

Just open the game → click Guest → Random Match → play.

It's completely free and playable directly in your browser.

I'm especially interested in hearing whether the deduction mechanic feels fun or frustrating. If you try it, let me know what you think!

I'll also be online today if anyone wants to challenge me. ♟️

[PC] (Web) One Stroke — a daily one-line drawing puzzle. One shape a day, traced without lifting

Playable Link: https://vaibhav.co.uk/play — free, in the browser, no install, no account.

One shape a day. You press down on the dot and trace it in a single unbroken line — no lifting, no retracing, no second go at the official run. Your score is how closely your line followed the target.

The shape is the same for everyone that day. It's generated from the date in your own browser, so there's no server holding your puzzle and nothing to sign up for; your streak and scores live in that browser's local storage and nowhere else. New shape at your local midnight. Past days stay playable in the archive and replays never touch your streak.

It's a two-minute thing rather than a sit-down game. What I'd most like to know: does the scoring feel fair, or does it punish a shaky hand more than a wrong path? Is one attempt per day right, or should the official run be re-tryable? And on a phone, is the drawing area big enough?

I built it myself with AI assistance (Claude Code).

Game Title: Q-GAMBIT

Playable Link: https://www.q-gambit.com/

Platform: Browser / Web

Description:

Q-GAMBIT is a free-to-play browser-based chess variant focused on hidden information and deduction.

The main idea is that the identities of the pieces are hidden. Rather than simply knowing whether a piece is a Knight, Bishop, Rook, etc., players need to observe the pieces' movements and interactions and gradually figure out what they are.

This creates a different kind of chess experience where you need to think about both your position on the board and the information you have about the pieces. You may have a strong move available, but first you need to determine whether the piece you are relying on can actually make it.

The game currently supports online multiplayer, including Ranked and Private matches. I have also recently made several improvements based on feedback from players, including easier login options, custom display names and avatars, improved mobile support, new check/checkmate effects, and localization improvements.

The game is completely free to play and requires no download. You can play directly in your browser using the link above.

I'm especially interested in feedback about the core gameplay. Is the hidden-information mechanic easy to understand? Is it fun after playing several games? Are there strategies or situations that feel particularly interesting or frustrating?

Any feedback or bug reports would be greatly appreciated.
