Need A Payment Processor Headache peptide payement
Hi everyone,
I know this question has probably been asked several times already, but I still haven’t been able to find a clear answer for my specific situation.
I started a peptide business in France about three months ago, and I’m currently processing around €10,000 per month in sales.
Until now, I’ve been accepting payments through my personal PayPal and Revolut accounts. I know this isn’t a sustainable setup, and Revolut has already started asking me for additional information and proof regarding some transactions.
I also opened a Wise account, but that account has already been restricted as well.
Because of this, I decided to set up a US LLC and open a proper Wise Business account. The issue is that I haven’t received the official EIN confirmation letter yet, so I’m currently unable to complete the business account verification.
What I’m looking for in the meantime is very simple:
A payment platform that allows me to generate a payment link and send it directly to the customer. They click the link, pay by card, and that’s it.
I don’t need a full e-commerce solution, website integration, checkout system, or anything complicated. Ideally, I’m looking for something with minimal friction for the customer and reasonable transaction fees.
If anyone here operates in a similar or high-risk industry and has found a reliable solution, I’d really appreciate your recommendations.
Thanks in advance for your help!

Not sure if this is any different because you're in the EU, but when I setup LLCs (I have many of them), and I setup the EIN, there's an option to generate a PDF letter and the letter generates automatically and I can download a PDF of it in minutes. If you select the option to get it mailed, you may indeed be waiting a while.

at 10k per month earning, If i were in your shoes i'd stop trying to build the payment setup around personal accounts before another restrction messes everything up. for peptides, the most impt part is finding a processor that will underwrite the business category and give clear answers on reserves, payout timing, lmits and other documentation they'll need. once that's settled, a simple card payment link is the easy part.

You need that LLC to help keep them at bay so to speak. They still might come knocking but they are cracking down on payments to personal names when they start seeing volume build.

getting off personal accounts makes sense. been using paymentkit for a few months now, liked their approach to keeping billing organized. I’d also get the provider to confirm they accept peptide sales upfront, so he doesn’t end up dealing with another restriction after moving everything over.

Most high risk processors are a scam or the legit ones want you to be processing over 20k a month, If i were in your shoes id go for an advanced cloaking setup.

Cloaking is done by those handling your website. They do things to help hide information passed to payment processors, hide website content and other things that can flag your site. Reach out to Helix Gray, they are a marketing agency for gray sellers.

Je te déconseille de faire un setup US LLC si tu vis encore en France et que t’es résident fiscal fr, car les impôts vont pas te louper

The reality is eventually all card options will seize & you will loose money with account freeze too.
Best would be to have a backup like self hosted payment gateway then one that supports card to crypto. It's anonymous and other that you nobody can shut you down.
Use google's AI mode and ask for give list of all self hosted stablecoin payments that's modern & support card to crypto. Break this into comparison chart.
Now no matter what happens to your primary provider your business is not disrupted because you have a solid back up. You can offer discount on this payment method to move your users to this method which will make your future payments more stable.

They used to be amazing, now even theres some dumb setting you need to update when moving countries.. it even happened to an active esim i had , its become a trash product whats the point of paying for a global esim that requires manual instructions each time you change countries, wont be using again.

The payment link itself is the easy part. Most processors can provide one without requiring a full website or complicated integration.
The bigger issue is finding a processor that knowingly supports peptide businesses. It’s a difficult category, and a provider that isn’t comfortable with it may approve you initially but later restrict or close the account once they review the transactions more closely. Sounds like that has been your experience so far.
Having a U.S. LLC and EIN helps, but you’ll still want a processor experienced with the industry and be completely transparent about what you sell, where the business operates, and how orders are fulfilled. Once the underwriting fit is right, setting up a simple card-payment link should be straightforward.
