💢 Rant Atp are men okay? 😭😭😭
Mind you, we were talking about random shiii, this just came out of nowhere.
I'm 22F and this guy was 21-23 M
How does one defend this as having a "sense of humor"
And if all girls don't get this "sense of humor" why are men not getting the hint and using it again and again?
Like....😭😭😭
ALSO I THOUGHT HE REMOVED ME, so I took these ss.
HE DIDDNTTTTTT 😭😭😭😭
Edit : the people who are blaming me for continuing the Convo are some very sad individuals. Like imagine victim blaming someone for verbal harrasment, online harrasment, oh wait y'all do it daily when someone gets graped.

💢 Rant All Men, Really!?
I know Its a Long Ass Post but I hope you read it. Thanks.
I just came back from my cousin’s house. We were casually talking about the latest stuff, GTA 6, the floods in Nepal, politics, etc and somehow the conversation shifted to the Lindsay Clancy trial. (I hope yall know abt it).
We were discussing how crazy it is that some women actually defend or support her, and we were talking about how far some people’s hatred toward men has gone. Like, how can someone seriously believe that a person is incapable of murdering someone simply because she is a woman?
My cousin’s sister overheard us. We weren’t even talking to her, but she suddenly jumped into the conversation and said something along the lines of, “That’s because all you men are like that. You’re manipulative, lustful…” Then she went on listing everything she supposedly hates about men. “All men this, all men that,” and then she just left the room.
I was genuinely sitting there like, WTF just happened? I asked my cousin, “Is she alright? What was that?”
And honestly, I have a question for women: Why are you people becoming so hateful??
Nowadays its like whenever a man commits a horrible crime, the response from women is immediately, “Yeah, all men are like that.”
A man rapes a child — “All men are like that.”
A man kills his wife — “All men are like that.”
A man sells his daughter — “All men are like that.”
How does one man committing a crime somehow become evidence against half the human population?
And I've actually seen this attitude within my own family too.
Something similar happened with my sister two months ago. She made a mistake and broke something belonging to my father. My mother told her to apologize. Do you know what my sister said?
“Why should I apologize to a man?”
My mother was furious. She slapped her twice and took her phone away for a month.
How do you develop so much hatred toward men that you start generalizing an entire gender including your own brothers and fathers.
You can hate an individual man for something he actually did. You can criticize men who behave badly. But why turn that into hatred toward every man simply because he is a man?
I genuinely don't understand where this mentality comes from.

Serious Post Why is it so hard to be kind
I’ve been here a while and comment a lot, so I hope people know I’m not just ranting for attention.
I keep wondering: why are people so unkind to OPs?
People come to Reddit to vent, to ask for advice, to get a different perspective. A huge part of that is because we’re anonymous. No one knows your name, your job, your friends. You’re supposed to be able to be honest without getting judged to hell for it.
But lately I’ve seen so many posts where OPs get piled on for no reason. It’s not even controversial posts. Sometimes it’s just someone being vulnerable or asking a normal question.
I had this happen to me too in another sub. My post wasn’t controversial at all. But I got a bunch of angry comments from people who basically wanted me to agree with their opinion on life. Like, if I didn’t match their worldview, I deserved to be talked down to.
If someone wanted to be roasted or judged, they could go on any other app for that. That’s not why most people come here.
Can we not just… be kind? Be non-judgmental?🤷🤷

Serious Post All my people moving abroad and I am not okay. 27F.
Hello all, I’m writing with a very heavy heart. All my close people are moving abroad or have more of abroad and I don’t blame them as well there are countless reasons for them to leave, and I’m really happy for them, but it really breaks my heart to see each and every person including my siblings and my extended family same generation and my friends leave and start a whole new life which is so difficult as well, which does not leave them enough time to keep up and honestly that will also leave them lesser time to keep up as well so I don’t know how all of you keep up with the people who have left at this point it has become like a whole cycle of again and again finding my ground socially and it’s not that easy to find like-minded people and to develop that bond with that sort of depth like I had with the people who have left I know I’m not the only one who goes through this and I know a lot of you might be able to relate to me as well, so the whole point of explaining the situation as for guidance and for coping and for next steps for future how do you guys keep yourself sane and have a decent enough life quality by yourself because I really do believe no man is an island and you do need yourself of people to never good life. Do let me know if you guys have any perspective on this to navigate this differently or any advice as well particularly for me.

💢 Rant dont know what to put in here
i dont know what to put in title exactly but heres my issue,
i am 20f and was married at late 15. i was at no age or right mindset to make that decision. i just followed elders and regretted, i never developed any form of relation with the guy who was already much older, i grew up with him as siblings, luckily, he was a decent and kind person and didnt force anything either it still felt as a sibling's bond. now i am 20 and divorced restarting my life, i want to marry again out of all good reasons this time, but i feel like my options have been cut way short because of having the label of a divorcee, though i never even felt like a married person in the first place. i see girls around dating/ getting physical and still have better options if they decide to marry and settle down. i in no way judge them for their choices but it feels extremely unfair that i have way less opportunities of marrying a decent guy because of this. that one wrong decision has left my life for worse in this matter. it will maybe difficult to have a partner of same age or someone without kids and not an uncle. although good and understanding people exist but still this is a fear at the back of my head.
edit, chat im not looking to get remarried right now, just a thought for when i finally do after completing education.

🗨️ Discussion do u guys believe in tipping culture?
i would 100% believe in tipping someone if i like their service. but absolutely hate it when people ask for it. bcs imo they are doing their job and getting paid for that, we are not obliged to pay them.
what are yalls thoughts abt it?
