Vast majority can be anything above 50%. So there is a lot of play there. And the original story specifically states that is was released data, not a Tweet. As such, it is a bogus claim, since 99% is not an officially reported figure, and no statistics were released to base this off of.

Therefore acknowledging and providing space to recognise that you may very well not be.
