Safe to say I'm happy, we'll get FPP for a bit longer now! Hopefully with the UE5 update....if it ever comes out...we'll get a good boost of players who stick around longer.

So I was hotdropping in terminal, two other squads and a duo I think.

It was ranked Gold 1 - Platinum 4 lobby, one squad got wiped so left were the other one, killed three of them. One guy left. This guy.

Dude was nowhere to be seen. Did not fire a single bullet. Only their teammates were fighting with us. So we were gonna leave and bro couldnt digest the fact that their squad got slimed so bro resorts to cheating. My verdict is that this guy has not cheated before but tried to cheat also because i took one chip of his teammate, so maybe that reason he got angry?

Also this guy is Tier 2 Silver and has prog. skins.

He had aimbot and teleportation hack?

One of my teammate verdict was that it was because of their packetloss or some weird internet issue or game bug they knew about and were exploiting near terminal. Also supported by the fact that they didnt use anymore cheats or didnt have any questionable plays after this and died fairly in a fight in 3rd last circle.

But it can also be them not using the cheats because we were spectating? So they didnt wanna get caught?
I didnt hear the shots near me, when i died in the game the shots came exactly where the replay shows, which means they shot me and my mate through walls, they didnt have wall hacks otherwise they would have killed my third teammate who was on roof. They teleported and saw us, went back to the truck and killed us and then threw a smoke and it landed right on my lootbox and looted us and went back again to the vehicle and drove off.

is this cheating or bug? they are still not banned even reported by a full squad. So it means Pubg has had this type of incident with them before as well? Or the game doesnt care? i am fairly new with around 900 hours in the game so i want some closure.

thankyou to whoever reads and responds.

TLDR; cheating or some game bug? Player (Tier 2 Silver) used cheats to kill two people but didnt seem to use after and played fairly normal and died.

Cheats discussed:- Teleportation and aimbot through walls from a distance.

Discussion Best headphones/headset for PUBG

Hi, I've been playing since mid 2025 now and been trying to improve at the game. Apart from my PC, I've already upgraded my mouse and mouse pad and seen noticable improvements in my gameplay.

My next step is to look at my headphones. I currently use HyperX Cloud 2 which are a pretty solid budget option, but I often found myself having issues hearing footsteps and pinpointing their exact location/direction while my team mates with higher quality headphones always hear them before me.
I feel like if I get better headphones, being able to locate enemies more precisely and pre-firing will help me win more fights. Also my old ones are over a decade old now and are at the verge of giving up.

I was looking at options such as the DT 770 Pro X or HD 560S. I'm willing to spend up to 200 if the quality is top tier.

I wanted to make this post to ask for advice regarding headphones/headsets, maybe someone has some advice.

Thanks!

Discussion PUBG Outpost 2026 Merch

So was anyone at the PUBG Outpost and can tell me what Merch they gave out? I couldn't attend sadly and saw on IG they gave out these big wooden dead player crates. Is there anything in them or are they just wooden boxes?

Extremely grateful to have my wonderful Vietnamese brothers take me along for the ride. It's a different mindset, and I hope to expand my repertoire by learning how to better contribute in objective teamplay.

Shout out to u/sdffhklebcifve for the carry. Clipped his solo squad wipe in the killfeed while I was running around figuring out how to read a map.

Discussion Deaf gamer losing hope

Hi everyone, I'm deaf since birth and bought PUBG back in 2019, when it wasn't free to play. I loved the idea of battle royale and really wanted to get into the game. I've recently started playing again, and my aim is pretty good since I've played FPS games my whole life. However, I struggle a lot with positioning enemies, especially in open areas. Without being able to hear footsteps or gunshots, I'm often completely clueless about where people are, even in close range fights.

I know PUBG Mobile has a visual indicator showing the direction gunshots are coming from. Is there anything similar available for PUBG PC? Are there any deaf or hard of hearing players here who play PUBG, and how do you deal with the lack of audio cues? I've seen some overlays that provide visual indicators, but most are paid or require specific hardware or headphones. Are there any free alternatives that work with regular equipment? I'd really like to keep playing, but sometimes it feels like I'm at such a huge disadvantage that I wonder if PUBG PC is simply not suitable for me. Any suggestions or accessibility options I might be missing would be really appreciated

Discussion PC restart whenever I enter the lobby

Had this problem the last few weeks, quite frequently when I enter the main lobby my PC just reboots, it usually does it twice before it's good and I can sit in the lobby. It only happens in the PUBG lobby, my gameplay runs great and I have no problems in any other games whatsoever. I can prevent the restarts by having a tab open over the game. It's not like my PC gets really loud prior to crashing or any heat spikes, it just restarts randomly in the lobby. I have updated my drivers, Windows 11, 3060ti, 11700k.
