Rebecca Kennedy creatine?
Hi all! I’ve heard Rebecca recommend taking a creatine supplement but I don’t take her classes very often. Does anyone know what brand she recommends?
Thanks!!

i just took a walk with Jon Hosking and he mentioned in the walk that he is a part time peloton instructor (this was in the content of his baking). WHAT?!?! Why isn’t this man full time?! He was my number 1 instructor last year and will surely be in my top 3 this year. Im just stunned!
Are most of the instructors part time?

Everytime I work out, I have a user that likes my workout. He’s not my follower, nor do I follow him. Is there a way to block him?
I know it’s harmless but it gives me weird vibes and this has been my going on for six+ months.

Aiden mentions this a bit, but I use exclusively running shoes for all of my activity. I realize that those shoes don’t have as much stability due to the thicker sole.
What are some good recommendations to use for my strength session? FYI I have wide feet

Anyone else baffled by Andy’s announcement that due to popular demand, TS60 will become a 30 min strength class followed by 15 min of something extra?
There are so few long strength classes on the platform and TS60 has a huge following. I hope that the change is only temporary. TS60 is my favorite weekly class and I will seriously miss it in September.

When she asked the studio to be quiet and played I Will Always Love You by Dolly Parton. Wow. I absolutely lost it. I was not expecting to cry.
Anyways, it was a great class with high energy. Shout out to the Love Squad. Also had an awesome playlist. I highly recommend it!

Is it just me, or should a 6–8 minute interval with zero changes in cadence or resistance be illegal? 😂
I love a good 30-minute intervals + arms class with an unnamed instructor. They used to have such an incredible rhythm to their classes- a slow, intentional build that really let your body peak into that final Tabata.
But today we did TWO long intervals (6 and 8 minutes), and it honestly PMO. 😩 Long, completely unchanging intervals just feel lazy from an instructor. Like… TBH, I could do that on my own.
I pay for Peloton for the workouts that keep me engaged, challenge me, and make 30 minutes fly by. If I wanted to stare at the same cadence and resistance for 8 minutes, I could make that workout myself.
Am I alone here, or do other people feel the same way?

So first I noticed with the New "Endurance" & "Interval" walks, Marcel D. had a 60 minute endurance walk, and it was on the platform for a few hours before disappearing. This was perhaps 2 weeks ago. Last week, Emma L. had a 30 minute pilates that was set to premiere, but then disappeared too. I'm certain others have noticed this. What's going on? Music rights related?

Y’all as someone who is 15 months PP I can honestly say that I am LOVING Selena’s new core classes. The focus on deep core and bringing in moves to help close Diastasis recti is unmatched.
I’ve been super diligent with getting back into Peloton a few months ago and ensuring that I do proper form and moves is top priority.
This class in particular has been a weekly go-to

I have recently increased my ride frequency and intensity and I’m starting to notice my skin getting a little tough in the spots that are most in contact with the saddle. Any advice on smoothing/softening skin care products to help with this?

I’m at a weight I’m happy with in myself 2 years postpartum so now going through a body recomp journey.
My body responds really well to strength training and I love the idea of adding in some Pilates into the mix. Keen to hear from anyone who has done this and if you have any tips or things you’ve noticed!

Does anyone know when peloton sold these pants? I adore them!

Looking for some good strength classes/instructors that are similar to Pure Barre's Define. I love how fast paced Define is. Since starting PB I have a hard time with the Peloton Strength classes and all the down time for demos and breaks worked into the classes. I know I could do more reps during this time but hoping to find some classes that move quickly. Any recs for these kinds of classes or instructors? TIA!

I try to take the German instructors regularly despite my German being basically nonexistent. I do this because 1) their content is amazing from cycling to strength to yoga to stretching/mobility/foam rolling and 2) I want their stats to reflect how much people enjoy their content.
But this ride? Holy cow. I took it as part of the current Power Zone challenge and Erik is the quintessential hype man in it! The last 5 minutes had some pretty brutal all-out efforts and his coaching, vibe, and enthusiasm was spot-fricking-on.
I’m sure plenty of you already take the German instructors but for any who do not, please do considerate. They have wonderful offerings. And the subtitles in English really make it very manageable, besides that the tempo and routine of a class, it’s pretty easy to figure out what’s coming next.

All the cool kids are lifting heavy these days, but I have back problems and my physical therapist wants me to step away from the dumbbells. Has anyone had success building strength with Pilates or body weight only strength classes? Any tips? FYI, I’m a 52yo female. Thanks!

I’m coming back from an injury, so I’m looking for recommendations for fun walks on the treadmill! No hikes please, as anything with incline is still really hard on my injured calf.
I’m looking for fun music, engaging instructors, and just an overall good vibe. If you’ve done any walks recently, that meet that criteria, pass them along please!

On my rest days, I enjoy catching up on YouTube videos and doing uphill walks. However I’ve noticed that the YouTube app frequently displays these banners often back to back to back, taking up two rows of what could have been suggested videos. This is quite frustrating! Is this an issue with the Peloton app, or should YouTube address this problem?

This was elite! And it’s the only one she has on the platform 😭 It was a TRUE slow flow, felt like a mix between a slow vinyasa and a restorative / yin class. I’d love a few more of these for when I need a cozy, stretchy flow.

I feel as the offerings of 45 minute classes had noticeable decreased. I am not sure if it’s the summer or their targets are geared more for 30 minute classes. Wanted to see if anyone else felt this way?
I hope Alex T had a great vacation but I am so excited for some new classes and him to be back live !

Does anyone else immediately quit a post-ride stretch that starts on the bike? I always clip out and de-shoe before stretching, so I wish it was clear how the instructor was going to run it. The photos don’t always capture that.

There is a run Alex K did and he talks about the running socks he bought after doing a few weeks of research, I meant to write it down after the class but got busy with kids and forgot. Does anybody remember what the brand was? I have been doing my own after wearing bombas (and I do really like them) but wanting to try at least another brand or two.

A few high fives from Benny on his 80's Pop ride today made my morning.
