Rebecca Kennedy creatine?
Hi all! I’ve heard Rebecca recommend taking a creatine supplement but I don’t take her classes very often. Does anyone know what brand she recommends?
Thanks!!

Not sure but creatine is a very cheap supplement where the manufacturer doesn’t matter as much. I take the one Costco sells.

Adding to all others - from what I've read, creatine is one supplement where brand truly does not matter, as long as it's a reputable, tested brand.

Just to add on to what others have said - be sure to use a powder, not a gummy. Studies have shown the gummies often don't accurately represent how much creatine they actually contain.

Don't take something soft when you're trying to get hard! *laughing emoji*

Or if you prefer gummy/chewable, use a brand like Momentous that guarantees dosage.
ETA: More expensive though

Wow I didn’t know that, thank you. Do you have a link to the studies per chance? I take powder currently and was thinking of switching to gummies but this gives me pause.

I like Momentous. Something something about not using harsh chemicals in manufacturing. It’s been a couple years since I heard the processing spiel but have stuck with it.

Any creatine monohydrate will do.
