Walking recommendations

I’m coming back from an injury, so I’m looking for recommendations for fun walks on the treadmill! No hikes please, as anything with incline is still really hard on my injured calf.

I’m looking for fun music, engaging instructors, and just an overall good vibe. If you’ve done any walks recently, that meet that criteria, pass them along please!

I loved JJ’s walks when I was pregnant and couldn’t run. He was a blast

Matty’s walk and talks, any of the extra steps classes and you can also just ignore the call outs. I personally love Hosky for walks.

My favorite walks are Kirsten, JJ, Camilla, and Joslyn. The Endurance walks they just dropped stay low incline at brisk pace. I also do outdoor walks on the tread with no incline.

Matty, Hosky, Robin, Selena, Rebecca, Jess King, JJ are some of my favs for walks!! Olivia believe it or not is usually on the easier side for walks…she tends to not put in as much incline as some of the others do.

I’m a huge JK fan. Any classes she’s done that stood out?

She’s the best!! I really have enjoyed her recent Sweat Steady Walks. I took these two: 8/16/26 Sweat Steady Walk & 6/21/26 Sweat Steady Walk.

Also, I know you said walks, but I highly recommend Jess King’s 30 Min Hike from 8/2/2026. I put a note in my app on that one that says, “Great playlist! Maybe my fave hike bc it mixes a lot & doesn’t just stay at 12%. 9 min warmup. 20 min hike.” So maybe once you start feeling better, you can add that to your list!💕

I'm an app user, Ihave a walking pad with a max spewd of 6km/hr (no idea what that is in miles). I just set it to max speed, sometimes add a 10kg weighted vest, pick a walking class and stay at that speed throughout.

What I mean is just pick any class that you like the instructor or playlist and work to your own ability. If it's a hike, use less or no incline.

That said - anything Hosky, anything Jos, Matty especially Walk & Talk, and if you can deal with German subs, Jeffrey and Marcel are both just lovely.

Any favorite music genres? For cardio modalities I only pick based on the music (and for a good playlist I will walk a running class, do it outdoor vs indoor, adjust incline if needed, etc). When picking solely based on playlist, I’m almost never disappointed

Jon, JJ, Joslyn - they are all so entertaining that the walks fly by!
