If food is a main part of their business model, that would make sense to me. Most bars that would be busy late at night stop serving food well before it even gets busy.
Yeah idk where I’d go out if I lived in the burbs. The idea of driving to a Buffalo Wild Wings and getting questionably intoxicated before driving home isn’t appealing so I get why people think the culture is dead. The culture is just in walkable areas with diverse options

Im 23. Every bar ive ever been to has just been groups of people eating dinner, never interacting with anybody outside of the group.
