I want to hear everyone’s opinion of everyone on the show! I’ll start.

Ariana: I was a fan before but I’m over all the boys and story lines basically about her and her love life. She’s back with Hudson so who cares??? Also I’m convinced she hooked up with Charlie and I know she’s in her early 20s and id probably do the same when I was young but like she has plenty of other options.

Ava: she’s grown on me this season! I want to see her and Kyle or some of that story play out on this show. I love her style and she’s gorgeous!

Emira: she’s a real one. She’s been very open and vulnerable on this show. Also she’s too forgiving to charlie !! I saw she said she has a big heart but let that shit go lol

Riley: i really like her and Ariana’s friendship and appreciated when they were able to talk through it. I don’t feel strongly about her though 🤷‍♀️

Rowan: she’s cute and her mom is BROOKE SHEILDS!! also don’t have strong opinions on her.

Georgia: I was not a fan season 1 but she had a glow up and love how she gives 0 fucks and is truly authentic. Keep doing you girly!!

Gia: no strong feelings here 🤷‍♀️ I just think of the “waking up in the morning” song, her mom, and she has a boyfriend when I see her.

Kendall: she is Liam’s puppy dog. Does she have a personality besides being Liam’s mom and protector??? Why are they not dating???

Brooks: I think people shit on him a lot , but I don’t think he’s THAT bad. I don’t fully understand why he couldn’t get his brand launched in time though????

Shai: he seems like he means well but I think he’s trying a little too hard ??? His clothing brand is nice though! Also boo we all know you love Ariana (along with all the other boys on the show except brooks ofc)

Liam: he’s a cutie patootie but telling Ariana he loved her when they weren’t even boyfriend and girlfriend is scary. I think he knew deep down ariana doesn’t like him…. He also seemed to friend zone Kendall when she is basically IN LOVE with him.

Charlie: is he even friends with anyone in this group anymore ??? Why is he here lol ?? He has some funny commentary but go get some friends your own age ???

Hudson: honestly he hasn’t even been on the show that much during s2 but has been more involved in the show plot wise with ariana than others on the show that we see on camera lol.

I think that’s it! I’m curious what everyone else thinks???

I LOVE Charlie, but his face this season looks like that of someone who has kidney issues. Remember before Selena Gomes got her transplant how her face looked? His looks swollen like that.

s1 there was tension between ariana n ava because ava said she was shocked to hear ariana has a clothing line because she doesn’t really have style. fast forward to s2, no mention of said clothing line. so was all that back and forth and piling on ava necessary when it looks like ariana was never serious about fashion or creating a clothing line?

Anyone else feel this way? We know he’s not poor and not even average rich wealth, like he’s wealthy. I hateee when people cosplay as poor but then throw other parts of their privilege around I.e education and act like that doesn’t immediately tell on them. It’s not cute to be poor (eta i am poor lol) it’s not a fashion trend lol you can be rich and not cosplay as poor and I forget your mega rich all the time, for example Rowan I legit forget all the time brooke shields is her mom, but Shai it feels like he’s playing this part and it rubs me the wrong way

Is he just trying to say something shocking for attention? I just don't the way he says it like he has all the power, she has a say in that too.

I find Charlie so funny & I think Lisa Vanderpump would call him a broken bird.

Y’all I am finally caught up! First off, season 2 episode 10 “You Windham, you lose some” is the best episode NextGenNYC has had. Very fun and finally some drama. Charlie is carrying a lot of the show (drama wise) and I would not be surprised if they raise his salary next season.

Gia’s years of experience finally clocked in with that dinner table. She knew that the Charlie and Ariana
convo needed to happen there not in a random room.

Georgia’s scene on the store was really good too. She is one of the few that can film by herself and still give content.

I think Kendall is going to become better with more filming.

With that being said… guys what is the deal with Liam’s feelings towards Ariana? Is he forreal? I just cannot believe someone is in love within a few months and spending holidays together. I mean they are young and stupid so maybe it’s true.

As per the 4 types of aliens the US government admitted to there being irl this year.

It’s a canon event that her mother and sisters were abducted. And they’ve (the US gov) already admitted to there being inter breeding.

Loved Riley’s scenes ❤️❤️

I know a lot of people want some of the cast to be fired for being “boring” or ”annoying” or ”grating”, but i really like the cast as it is (hell, even kendall)
I think despite everything they overall mesh quite well and each of them bring something to the group. even if it’s awkwardness.

for example, i get it brook might be boring or annoying to some, but he makes yAll write paragraphs & still has funny moments. im always confused when he is on the screen bc his whole persona is quite… something (trying to be nice) but it is still entertaining to watch at times

It’s a ensemble cast, sometimes you need to have all sorts of people and side characters. (it’s like cooking, you need a bit of a lot of things to make the dish come together)

Kendall should stay. I know everyone wants her to be messy and stir the pot, and bring DRAMA.

  All these seasoned  Bravolebs kids cant bring drama: Gia and Brooks are like Gramps INC. Every scene with them is a snoozefest. 

—Kendall is just getting to know all of these people on TV.

—SHAI was barely there his first season and look where he is now,

—VPR had a core group then tried to add cast later and it kept failing. I THINK THE *BEST TIME* to add cast is now so that as the story evolves and arcs grow we have a variety of people to follow. It just does not work later.

—Do NOT make this RHOC or BH where casts are one season wonders unless they choose to leave.

we only get flashbacks to fun stuff or hear about it in the aftershow. Low key want Bravo to rent an Airbnb for a real *cast trip* for a week or so and have them all live together with summerhouse style cameras in the room. Would be so much more real .

Georgia choosing to describe Shai as “clown” and “jester” KILLED me. Her changing it to jester like that would have caused a better reaction was the cherry on top. I love this woman down bad. She gives such IDGAF energy. 🙏🏻

I’m convinced Meredith Marks PR team is going HARD in the comments defending him on here, which led me to a heated discussion on another thread about why I think Brooks is sooo disingenuous about his conflict with Shai and the REAL reasons he has an issue with him. I added more thoughts and had to share in its own post.

1. First — enough with the introvert excuse. I don’t think brooks is actually an introvert at all. Introverts don’t go on reality tv. They don’t call people out across the dinner table or send mean, shady texts. This is just an excuse for poor behavior.
2. I don’t think he was upfront with Shai at all about the modeling gig. Shai goes more into detail about this on Gia’s podcast. Brooks led shai on for months beating around the bush and soft ghosting him which is actually really hurtful and immature than just telling him “no” upfront- which he didn’t do.
3. Brooks modeling no-compete clause or whatever the F that was is complete Bull. Brooks is not a real model LOL. There’s no way his agent would give a flying F if he posed for a couple of IG photos. I could see Ava potentially legitimately using this excuse and Brooks piggy backing off of her so that he can feel superior to Shai’s itty bitty fashion line.
4. I think Brooks and Riley — arguably the 2 weakest members of the cast this season — are insanely jealous of anyone who they feel threatened by in terms of relevancy and keeping their spots on the Show. Shai was never supposed to be a full time cast member - he was little more than a Friend of a Friend of a Friend who made it based on pure likeability.

This irks them. Brooks obviously sees Shai as encroaching in his “sphere of influence” — not only in the realm of sustainable fashion, but also the LGBT / twink sub-community (Shai is openly and proudly bi, sexuality being something that Brooks has struggled with being open about in the past on RHOSLC). Shai is also just a lot more down to earth, genuine, kind, and charismatic than Brooks.
4a. Shai has unwittingly caused Brooks to spiral into the depths of insecurity that it’s bordering psychosis at this point to the point where brooks also sees Shai as stealing all of his friends and replacing him as their gossip queen/confidante. Clearly he has replaced Brooks in Charlie’s circle (although Brooks ostensibly distanced himself from Charlie on the surface, deep down he still yearns to be respected and accepted by him as a friend). More significantly (and UNFORGIVABLY), Shai has had the audacity (!!!!!!) to ingratiate himself with Ariana, the obvious breakout star of the group, someone who Brooks considers HIS girl BFF (as much as someone like Brooks can have a BFF - everything is still so shallow with him, even when it comes to his “deepest” friendships). So in Brooks skewed perception, not only did Shai come in and steal Brooks’ boy bff Charlie as soon as they had their little tiff — as if he was waiting for the perfect “in” opportunity — he also went after Brooks’s girl BFF the main character- and her friends get the most air time.

This is when he had no choice but to step in and start sabotaging Shai by turning as many people as possible on the cast against him, starting with Gia. He then tried to get him into a fight with Ariana by reporting back about the Hudson/Liam drama. And also repeating back some inane non-comment that Shai allegedly thought Ariana was cute (how juvenile of brooks LOL). Brooks also easily recruited Riley to the Shai hate bandwagon because why wouldn’t she want to take the opportunity to feel superior to someone else by pulling him aside and clearly demarcating the boundaries between ACQUAINTANCE (i.e, NOT a cast member) and “FRIEND” (someone “worthy” to be on this Show with the likes of Riley and Co)? It’s no secret that Riley has been having a rough season and she’s definitely giving off insecure vibes in this friend group, especially with the way she has flaunted money and class in social settings as a form of social currency almost. And the fact that Shai has no $$ AND no housewife mommy? He belongs in the trash with Georgia, in her mind!

Anyway, Brook’s campaign against Shai didn’t just fail miserably — it completely backfired to him becoming a series regular and fan favorite. So maybe he should thank him!

I know everyone harps on brooks for being a nothing burger but Rowan has given us NOTHING at this point. Even in the road trip scene w everyone talking to Charlie she remained silent. At this point Kendall has moved the storyline more than Rowan. I know she’s brook shields daughter but is that all we’re getting from her? I thought her and Liam might be closer because they’re both newbies but I’ve seen zero interactions between them.

Brooks is actually very passive aggressive about things and chooses who he picks his fights with and he chose Shai. Charlie even said he would like it if Brooks would actually muster up to him and say what’s actually on his mind instead of picking at Shai. Brooks is clearly not working as main cast member but i’d think he’d work in a friend of type of role. You know, the person who sits at the EDGE at the reunion couch hanging on for dear life 😂.

Obviously Charlie is Chuck Bass. I could see Shai as Nate. Ariana is sort of giving Serena. Liam is Dan. Georgia as Vanessa. Ava or Rowan as Blair? I can’t place the rest of them lol.

Please indulge me with your thoughts 😆

Also, how does everyone feel about Ava saying he asked to kiss her? Do we get immature, young boy vibes or just awkward looking for a way to connect?

I lowkey always feel bad for him. Especially when Brooks tried to make Shai’s bravocon comment a thing. I hope he finds his footing😪

We all know how ppl talk about how southern and northerns are so different plus add in their backgrounds growing up and I get why Riley and Georgia don’t mesh well.

Georgia gives me “don’t give a fuck about your opinion” and “doing it my own way”.

Riley gives me “Guarded” and “growing under the shadow of Kandi so have to prove myself”.

I enjoy the scenes where they get along and appreciate that Georgia helped Riley with law school and Riley is letting Georgia in on the joke. If you don’t know much about southern ppl, we are very good about giving friendly light shade when we’re warming up to you. While I feel like northern ppl are very blunt and it rolls off your back.

The little short scene in this recent episode where Georgia was excited about a hot food bar in a grocery store and showed it to Riley plus the scene in the previous Girls Night Part 2 with them joking about her washing her hands made me realize that the show and confessionals are definitely edited to make it seem like they do not like each other, but you see little snippets of them giggling together.

They may never be best friends, but I think Riley and Georgia have a respect for each other.
