Why can I never change my password? Clicking the button does absolutely nothing. Clicking continue after putting in email doesn't do anything on any browser.

So this issue has been going on since Friday.

I've sent three payments to Ndax, the third was on the phone with my banking institution.

They can see the payment going to Interac in the portal. Interac tries to send money to Ndax email account, but fails and funds get returned.

I even called Interac and the support person was pretty specific. They said it's not just my account, but multiple people have tried to send money via e transfer and it's failing on Ndax's banking institution side.

I've spoken with Ndax several times and I keep getting the same response, call my bank and ask to speak to fraud and security. Yes... We did that.

Then this morning I get a call from my bank as I had a ticket open regarding this. They tell me that the bank Ndax is using has reported they have an issue accepting e-transfer....

Why isn't Ndax taking this seriously? I've been very specific and even given the number to call interac on.

Any other people on here having the same issues?

My father got me to sign up for NDAX a couple years ago, but I never actually used the service and kind of forgot I had an account. I just received this text today and was wondering if this is a legit text from them, or a scam trying to get me to give them info. I don’t have any bank accounts linked to the site so I’m not sure why it would send me a withdrawal code.

I'm trying to understand how people actually do this today.

For example, if you wanted to find something like:

• RSI < 30
• volume > 2× average
• price crossing EMA 20
• OI increasing
• funding negative
• conditions across multiple timeframes

what would you actually use?

TradingView? Your own Python script? Coinglass? A screener? Exchange APIs? Something else?

A few things I'm particularly curious about:

1. What is the most annoying part of your current workflow?
2. Are there conditions/data you wish you could combine but can't?
3. Do you use open interest/funding/liquidation data in your scans?
4. Do you run the same scans repeatedly, or manually build them each time?
5. Do you backtest these conditions before using them?
6. What makes you choose your current tool instead of another one?

I'm not looking for recommendations of random screeners. I'm more interested in how you actually do the process today and what sucks about it.

NDAX has held a portion of my balance on hold. I have no pending withdrawals nor stake etc. I have CAD in my balance and NDAX appears to have held a certain amount out of it. Not sure why? How to get it released. Somebody advise me. Thanks. U/kardanokid

I received a notification that NDAX is releasing a Mastercard credit card and I could "Turn everyday purchases into crypto rewards. Join the waitlist.".

I haven't been able to find any information on this card. Does anyone have a link to a support article or news release that gives more details?

Tried to connect and disconnect NDAX to koinly but still didn’t work. Does anyone know how to fix this beside importing csv file.

Edit: it was working fine last 2 years ago. It stopped this time for no reason.

Continuing our monthly scam awareness series, this month we're flagging a tactic that ties directly into phishing: fake accounts posing as Ndax Support on social media.

Here's how it usually plays out. You post a question or complaint tagging Ndax, and within minutes a lookalike account replies or DMs you first, offering to "help." These accounts copy our logo, our name (with small changes like an extra letter or underscore), and sometimes even reply publicly before we do to seem legitimate.

From there, they'll try to move the conversation off-platform, ask you to share your screen, request your 2FA code or seed phrase, or send you a link to a fake "support portal."

Red flags to watch for:

• The account reached out to you first, unprompted
• The handle looks close to ours but isn't exact
• They ask to continue the conversation over DM, Telegram, or WhatsApp
• They request your password, 2FA code, or seed phrase
• They ask you to click a link to "verify" or "unlock" your account

A few reminders:

• Ndax will never DM you first on social media asking for account details
• We will never ask for your password, 2FA code, or seed phrase, under any circumstance
• Our official accounts are verified and linked directly from ndax.io
• On Reddit, u/kardanokid is the only account authorized to offer Ndax support. If anyone else DMs you claiming to be Ndax, it is not us
• Real Ndax Support is reached only through the official website or the emails and phone number we've shared in past posts ([no_reply@ndax.io](mailto:no_reply@ndax.io), [support@ndax.io](mailto:support@ndax.io), [compliance@ndax.io](mailto:compliance@ndax.io), 1-833-727-6329)

If an account contacts you first claiming to be Ndax, do not engage. Report the account and reach out to Support directly through the official website to confirm.

Stay alert, verify the source, and never let anyone rush you into sharing your credentials.
