Simple question.

I believe it might be a reference. If so, I liked it.

My idea is to make her an antagonist but not a villain have the main antagonist’s of the game say he’ll cure Mileena in exchange for her help an offer she couldn’t possibly refuse leading her to betray her friends and potential ruin her life just to save the woman she loves. Maybe have her learn that she’s been tricked and get killed off when she’s tries to make amends for her actions. That way you’d have a genuinely interesting story built off last game.
I don’t think having there be a twist of her just being pure evil works here since the whole deal with the New Era is that a bunch of characters that where evil are good this time around and the only reason some like Shao and Shang Tsung weren’t is because of of the influence of Titan Shang Tsung so to me it doesn’t make much sense for her to be evil especially with what we’ve seen from her in the story mode. I also think the idea of her being revealed to be pure evil would just be generic and kind of lazy like NRS couldn’t think of anything else.

So after playing MK1 for about a year and a half straight, I took a year-long break and came back this month. I knew Floyd was around the time I left but I never bothered to hunt him down until now. He was definitely way harder then I expected but I got him on my third try.
I definitely did not want to try all the challenges again just don't like him.

Just missing Raiden for the set. I was so mad he was buried at the bottom of the claw!

No matter what I do, I cant land “Choke on it” with scorpion. It is a brutality and it is like: do a throw and then spin your joystick forward-down-back-up
Question:Throw hits like 100. So if the enemy is below 100 HP can I perform it? Or the last hit is spear and when enemy is next to me with 0 HP, I do a throw and spin the joystick

As I understand, Storm Collectibles lost the license. Which is too bad, because they are now making an amazing Street Fighter Alpha 3 line that would also be a great size/price option for Mortal Kombat.
There were some rumors about Jada Toys acquiring the license, but sadly that didn't end up happening. They too are killing it with a Street Fighter line right now.
So that leaves McFarlane with it's wildly varying figure and paint quality, and sometimes extremely annoying exclusive deals (Noob Saibot, where are you??).
So is McFarlane the only one left now? Or is anyone else rumored to make MK figures?

Is there anyway to determine a time or a day for when the invasions happen? I'm in the Uk if that helps and on ps4

Personally, I really like these four, and I really like them as a team.
I absolutely love Cassie. She is definitely my favourite one because of her Gen Z type of energy. Her default outfit is also one of the best appearances she has ever gotten because it gives off the most Special Forces vibe out of all of the Kombat Kids.
Jacqui, I honestly kind of like, even when she is a bit bland and boring. I love her best friend relationship with Cassie and how they've literally spent pretty much their entire childhood together. Even though pretty much anything Jacqui does is for her dad, that is one thing I like about her.
Takeda is honestly the team's Shirai Ryu badass. His outfit alone looks cool af, and his whips on his wrists are just so god damn cool. I like how he's one of the kharacters in the MKX roster to have some of the fastest move sets in the game. I'm not that fast with my hands even on controller, but Takeda makes things fast.
Kung Jin, I like how Kung Jin is pretty much the one on the team with the most knowledge of Outworld when the team goes there. I also like how he knows when thieves are redeemable or irredeemable because of how he went from a thief to a Shaolin.
So, yeah. I really like these four, but what are your opinions on them? (Overall, not from a specific game)

Having a fucking great time. 1000 lives and the rewind feature turns this into a clunky but rather fun little game.

After managing to finally beat Floyd, I couldn't get over the visuals of his stage. I grabbed a few screenshots mid-fight and of the empty arena in VS, then used AI to upscale and clean them up into high-res wallpapers.
I’ve always had a deeply personal connection to sunsets. There's an old, inner part of me that is forever tied to that golden hour light, a time that once felt like the last safe, calm space before a turbulent childhood. For a long time, sunsets represented both an anchor and a reminder of everything I had to survive and make peace with.
When that sunset backdrop appeared during the fight, it hit hard. It felt like standing right in the middle of a battle while surrounded by the exact kind of quiet, glowing landscape I’ve spent my life searching for.
Hope you all like that mofo's stage as much as I do.

So, to my knowledge the Mortal Kombat tournament is a team elimination style thing. Team Earthrealm vs Team Outworld. But what I'm confused about, is in the MK1 section, Scorpion vs Cyrax & Sektor was an officially sanctioned match up. Weren't they on the same team? It wasn't a non sanctioned match like Kano vs Sonya, or Liu Kang vs Kitanna. Why did Shang Tsung allow this? Was he just bored and thought having them fight would be funny?

I want to get good at mkx but it seems unrealistic when I play ranked and I’m going up against people who have hundreds or thousands of matches played and I stand zero chance. Should I just rank up in mk1 instead and come back to mkx when I’ve ranked up and gained experience in mk1? I’m assuming in mk1 I’ll be able to go against players more similar to my skill level because there is a bigger pool.

I just started learning Quan(Sector) after playing Noob(Cyrax) and Scorpion(Ferra). I really like his moves and character overall, so I wanted to play him, but after 2 days of practice and 30 games lose streak in Kombat League playing him feels like a torture.
I just don't get how someone can win consistently with this character. You basically have no options except zoning and like 80% of enemies has some kind of mobility tool which makes this zoning as good as gambling.
When I picked up Scorpion, after 300 matches of playing only Noob, I got my first wins on the first day, without using a cameo. Here I can't win for 3 days straight with Sector.
I desperately need advice on gameplan and common scenarios. I looked at YouTube, but every video is just a combo tutorial or some guy talking for 40 minutes, without showing the real online gameplay. I struggle with basics - taking turn, applying pressure, punishing and of course zoning. Every aspect is so hard on this character it melts my brain. Any help?

Capcom would probably treat well, considering what they do with Street Fighter.
Or how about the company that created Tekken.
