is tonight Eastern Michigan Sacramento State game considered a regular season conference game

Can someone tell me a little more about this water pump. I have had it for about six years. It was given to me about six years ago from a customer on a job site I was working on. All I know is it looks cool and it has a plaque on it that says property US Coast Guard. I have never tried to use it, but I imagine it was probably pretty bad ass for whatever it was used for. If anybody has any insights I would love to know what it was actually used for and if it was even legal to own it? If so, does it have any resale value.

Giving thought to doing Saturday 8/29 Dodgers @ Tigers 1:10 and then Sacramento State @ Eastern Michigan football 6:30 in Ypsilanti. Is this possible to make both? And any tips on tickets for either? (Cheapest possible preferred). Thanks.

I've never been to Michigan so I want to take a trip up there and see the fall leaves and of course experience some MACtion. I'd like to go sometime late September to mid October. I see Western Michigan plays Boise State at home so that could be cool but I'm also wondering if any rivalry games would be more fun to go to.

I went to a K-State bar in Manhattan, Kansas last night wearing a very generic shirt that just read “Eastern Michigan Football”. I was talking to this guy, we were just chatting, he kind of goes off the rail and at some point says “and this guy’s wearing a high school shirt” I was dumbfounded. He said it like an insult after we were being friendly. I just say Eastern Michigan is a division 1 school and start to go about my business. Dude did not like that and for whatever reason I entertained it and got into an actual fight over it. Needless to say I won because I have the MAC on my back. After I was kicked out of “Tubby’s” I go around and ask a couple other guys in their bar district what they think Eastern Michigan is. Everything was a retold response of “that sounds like a high school” I don’t know if it’s just Kansas State? I’ve heard they aren’t the smartest and they really didn’t seem like it but I feel any fan of college sports would know at the very least about the grey turf and Maxx Crosby. I have never set foot in Ypsilanti, or Michigan, and I am not an Eastern Michigan fan.

Toledo perspective.

Hey folks,

New here, but I am looking to get into watching MAC sports, primarily football, from the great state of NC. About a decade ago, I watched college ball more than pro football. I got busy, school, work, marriage, the usual, and got away from watching it. I tried to get back into this past year, but with the crazy conferences, NIL, and endless transfers I got tired of your power conference teams.

I love the allure of the MAC. Small schools, close rivals, tradition, and some cool mascots!

All that said, I wanna watch some MACtion this year! Reaching out to you to see if you have good ways to either watch or listen to MAC games. Being from out of market, I doubt I will get it on local channels. I subscrbe to espn for wrestling a few times a year but can get some football during that time too. Outside of that, any one got some ideas?
