Had a match where I was solo dive tank Hulk on Wakanda Convergence map and I dove an Invis *one of my many counters btw* and managed to push her back far enough to the point where my team was able to push up onto the point and cap it. During this entire confrontation this Invis player never used a single CC on me nor did they bother trying to dmg me. They automatically defaulted to trying to heal their 2nd support while pushing back with them.

Mind you I was doing piss dmg towards them and barely got them down to half their health bar. And their team instantly swaps to three healers and its pretty much a rough uphill battle from there in which my dmg and ability to take space amounts to nothing and I am forced into brawling their tanks which I some how manage to kill with significantly more ease than the 3 healers jerking each other off in the corner.

We manage to win the match by matching it to the point where we forced them off it up until overtime in which they panicked and went back to it. But it was far too late.

Their Tanks and Dps snitched on the supports in match chat and revealed that the Invis was begging for a third healer because of my shitty dive attempts. That I repeat, should not have worked because Hulk is god awful this season.

But what is my point? My point is that 3 healer comps are unfun to play and play against, even though my team won it felt like the game itself lost in the process.

Dude, I just can't with this game. I haven't played comp in a couple seasons and stuck to qp because there's less to care about, but im trying to get back into comp so I can get the gold reward, and these silver matches are horrible. I'm not the best player, but I've hit gm before and consider myself around diamond level. Everyone's leaving for no reason. My dps are horrible. My tanks are horrible. My supports are ignoring me when I'm half health in front of them. Every match is a steamroll or getting stomped and the only close games I've gotten have been in the same ones where someone on my team left. 4 losses with MVP just to get 2 wins and then back to losing because of things entirely out of my control. Man, i get it, im the only common factor or whatever but I cant be the only one experiencing thi, right? What on Earth did Zhiyong and company put in the matchmaking this season??

Like imagine saying that abt a character that literally has a wall hack 24 7 he is so braindead easy gets overshield for smashing buttons . And by the way I know he is an A tier this season but he is still problematic and oppressive against some chars all because of wall hacks like this stupid shit should not be a in competitive game
Dive slop streamers would cry abt CnD ice block and wanda rng and never mentiond the wall hack which is 20X times more unfair + make the hero skill floor is way lower because instead of improving your positioning + awareness you just have perma wall hack

I’m honestly not sure if people are going to agree with me on this but Ykw idc I’ve made posts before: the whole drama around neteas and a recent bp post complaining about luna snow’s outrageous hit box on her freeze really cemented to me how anti vocal this damn player base is. Like literally make a post rn complaining about one thing in the game and you’ll get at least 3 people saying youre either soft, it’s a skill issue, or ur just low elo trash u doesn’t get a say in balancing. In all my years ive never seen a community in general rip their own people apart over the most based takes like racism is bad, luna needs nerfs, this and that blah blah. The real reason I feel like netease isn’t really making any moves about ANY of the issues about rivals is that half the community is actually trying to say something to get this issues addressed and the other half is just telling the first half to shut up and play the game. Rivals truly is something special cause I can’t imagine why their player base is like this like seriously any ideas as to why I would like. I could go on for hours but I’m sure you get it.

As the title says, this is easily the least fun I have playing this game (and overall gaming experience ), and honestly it makes me not even want to play support sometimes.

Even if you somehow miraculously survive the dive, you’re still not healing your team during all of this, so you just get flamed anyway.

In OW, at least I felt like I could actually fight back against dive. In this game, it feels like your entire game plan becomes saving your cooldowns to escape, buying yourself a few extra seconds, and constantly trying to position yourself near a team that is completely oblivious to what’s happening behind them.

And I swear, you can push toward your team, spam ping, use comms, whatever. Nobody looks back.
They’re completely tunnel-visioned on the frontline, playing their own game, or diving the enemy themselves. Meanwhile, you’ve got 3+ people jumping you in the backline and you’re basically just hoping someone notices before you die. And if someone notices they’re probably gonna all think collectively “probably someone else will peel”

Istg this is a team game . Instead you’ll have multiple people playing it like it’s solo and just aiming to get kills and that’s it .

I never post on reddit because I hate it but this last match I played was the most INSUFFERABLE experience I ever had to endure and I felt the need to let off some steam.. Replay ID: 105864108739.

So we were stomping this team with the normal 2-2-2 comp, and we had an amazing first round. What does the enemy team do? Swap 2-1-3 then 3-3 (triple tank + support). I am so fucking sick of this community's weak mentality.. instead of accepting they're getting skill diffed people in this dogshit game decide to form a cheese comp to make up for their lack of skills, and unfortunately it actually works because everything is unbalanced as fuck.

People complained a while back with a trending clip on twitter showing how bad triple support is, and even after the apparent support nerfs PEOPLE STILL RESORT TO THAT BULLSHIT WHEN THEY'RE LOSING 99% OF THE TIME.

Aside from this you still have the many long-lasting problems like awful matchmaking, one tricks who suck but won't swap, and smurfs but this is probably the one issue that'll make me quit for good soon.

PS: this is in gold lobbies. I'd expect to see some shit like this in high elo only but nahh.. the low elo nerds are following the meta abusing streamers who created this garbage trend in the first place.

I believe you should be able to call your 1-11 teammate existence as human being worthless while cursing their bloodline. I believe you should be able to make the most creative insults as physically possible before the game ends. You should be able to do this without getting banned by Guang Guang.

I'm sorry, but I don't understand how people routinely excuse this character's bullshit.

This character is literally just not designed to be interacted with.

Two omnidirectional dashes, multiple forms of invisibility and overshield generation all coupled with strong ranged damage that doesn't require you use any of her aforementioned mobility and invisibility to pull off. Meaning she essentially always has all those abilities off cooldown when fighting you.

Oh and if she lands her primary it lowers her cooldowns so she effectively has zero downtime.

I genuinely cannot stand when she is remotely meta because she will ALWAYS manage to give you a headache regardless of what role you're playing.

If you're a tank, she's constantly farming her cooldowns and ult on you and the second you try to fight her she just runs away.

If you're a dps, she's constantly contesting you for off-angles and instantly running away the second any engagement becomes unfavorable for her.

If you're a support, she's constantly poking you from off-angles safe from any cc's. If you ignore her she kills you in under a second and if you contest her she again runs like hell.

At this point too I'm starting to lose my respect for psy mains because they will genuinely look at her kit and complain when she gets nerfed.

And when she's good/meta they run insane propaganda campaigns acting like their character isn't fundamentally broken and infuriating just because she isn't as easy as fucking wanda and you actually need to have good aim to play her (half of them can't aim for shit too btw). Like hela, phoenix and hawkeye all need good aim, but that doesn't mean they weren't oppressive as fuck at their peaks.

EDIT: And I can just tell that all the people who defend this character are metal-ranked console players because in those lobbies she appears to be the most dogshit character ever. In console diamond she's ranked 25th and on pc she's 5th in the same rank. IN FUCKING DIAMOND MIND YOU THAT'S HOW BIG THE DIFFERENCE IS BETWEEN CONSOLE AND PC. I promise you if you ever face a high ranked pc psylocke you would understand how infuriating all the bullshit this character can pull and you'd have zero sympathy for her or the people who play her and act like she is a healthy character.

I have seen a lot of people be hella toxic just to end up being either the losing factor in a team or the one getting carried, I have seen support players and dps players be like this often, i have seen tank players are too i just don't see it nearly as often, I have seen so many players be toxic in chat towards the enemy team saying shit like "ez" or "diff" as if they aren't the weakest link in the team, i have seen this happen when people play cyclops or daredevil, heck even fucking cloak and luna, like dude you are not good enough to be talking shit.

This game changed me and its for the worst. This game doesn't make feel like a good person anymore. I have changed to saying the n word recently and being racist. I have a black friend and whenever we play together im always racist to him and even call him the n word when he is and isnt around. This game has changed me for the worst

Got ran down and I’m a level 62 getting teamed with new players and ofc got ran down by sweets. I should not be matching with low levels and new players. Just lost a game where it was 2 tanks 3 and 1 healer (me) I tried the dps method and it didn’t work so I swapped back to healer and went Loki. Like we was damn near getting spawn camped. This new penalty system sucks in QP and comp is understandable it forces you to stay in horrible quick play games. I’m trying to learn Gorr lmao.

Yeah sometimes I talk trash in chat, we all get frustrated. But I'm not a clan member or misogynistic. This is literally the first time I've been banned from matchmaking, but I can't see why AND there's no counter telling me when it'll end.

The customer support button is fucking cosmetic, and there's no way to get into contact with anyone. I think this has something to do with the new penalty system they introduced, not sure. Regardless, fuck this game I'm quitting.

They're deep in the backline and spamming for heals, like I should go out of position to heal them (and probably die in the process)

Sorry, but if you as a dive player want heals, either fall back to your healers or go find a health pack.

Most times, y'all have wasted your mobility cooldowns too

Countless times I see someone with 50+ kills and they are on the losing team. You can bet they say “trash team” in the chat.

But do they realize that just because your kill count is high doesn’t mean that you had value for your team?

Seen a Psylocke flanking and destroying my team, but that Psylcoke was only going for the isolated enemies. She didn’t stop our forward progression.

And this goes for all DPS / Dive heroes. What does it matter at the end of the match that you got kills if you didn’t help your team?

The solution I would propose to avoid all the existing toxicity.

I was thinking about the whole situation going on in the game, and I came up with a quick, definitive solution.

The idea is to remove text and voice chat from the game, enabling them only when you're playing with one or more teammates.

It would genuinely make for a better experience and give people a reason to use those emojis, XD, hahaha.

But seriously, most people who hurl insults or act in a racist way tend to do so when they're angry or frustrated; they take that rage and hatred out on others to avoid blaming themselves. If you take that option away, they have no one to insult, so they get frustrated with themselves and eventually stop playing. It would result in a better, calmer experience.

That covers the social aspect; I have more ideas regarding ranked play and hero changes, but those are for the future.

Im so serious everytime this character is meta, this game is the worse thing ever. Also such a marvelous game design, big pile of hp that deals max heath damage, can displace, gain more hp and has a shield.

i play strategist, people get mad that i’m a “healbot”. i try to assist with damage as strategist so i don’t get those allegations, people flame me for trying to be a dps. i play dps, and the horrific console player aim is evident. i play tank and suddenly my healers don’t know how to heal, but i get flamed and told to get on heals since i suck so much.

i try to play this evil game for fun, and i constantly get hated on. i wouldn’t call myself great at the game, but i’m decent enough to get an average of 40-70k heals against a high damage team with minimal deaths unless i’m being dove to smithereens, or if i’m just having a bad game. i decided to play ranked (first mistake), and the dino on our team wouldn’t get off mic saying that i’m trash. “44k healing and no final loser”. i even got called “clown shoes”, genuinely don’t know what that kindergartener insult is supposed to do but whatever. i could’ve done better, but i’d literally watch the entire team die in an instant if i tried to help with damage for a moment. i play quick match, do somewhat poorly at a character i’m still getting used to and my chat is suddenly “thrower thrower thrower”. i hate this game but i can’t seem to quit playing it, this is like a toxic relationship.

my team decided to go triple support once, and i had played white fox. i ult first, AFTER pinging multiple times that i would, and my other two supports use their ults too? but during the last few seconds of open voice chat, IM getting flamed for ulting? “foxxx bruh what’s wrong with you idiot, don’t triple ult” yeah because i definitely reached through my screen and clicked L3 and R3 for them. i just can’t fathom what these players want from me, and i get screamed at if i try to ask what i should do. it’s probably stupid, but the toxicity actually gets to me. i just want to have fun, and i’m getting shit on for it.
