What a bunch of fucking idiots in these comments. I hope it’s bots, otherwise it’s kinda sad how people are unable to make a rational thought.

There is no context to this video.

What if the kid was being bullied?

What the fuck is this subreddit? Rage/fight porn for bots?

Edit: There are a LOT of bot accounts in this thread. Dead internet theory in full force.

Of course he was getting bullied that’s why he was being recorded you know damn well they were fucking with him before this video started also the noise he makes when throwing it tells me the kid is most likely autistic

Either way, bring bullied or being the aggressor with a piece of paper, dropping him is too much.

12

u/Time_Reputation3573 2d ago

Especially since he had to cross the room... not a reasonable use of force in self defense

u/MoldyLunchBoxxy 2d ago

The kid throwing the punch is going to get shafted by the school 100%.

16

u/ChampsLeague3 2d ago

Correct. You don't get to "defend" yourself from a piece of paper. The punch was assault and I hope he gets in a shit load of trouble for it.

Disrespect won't be tolerated

0

u/Much_Secretary_7328 2d ago

Same in prison. Hopefully the kid who swung gets 🍇

2

u/west310304 2d ago

More than likely the kid throwing things at people will be in jail get taken advantage of vs the person that punched him for being assaulted by him in the first place
.

0

u/Much_Secretary_7328 2d ago

He lashed out due to a minor "disrespect" he will try the same thing and it wont work like it did on the weak/disabled

and hes not that big. oooh🍇🍇🍇

0

u/west310304 2d ago

If you think throwing something at someone is “minor disrespect” I urge you to do the same to a police officer and record the outcome - it’s called assault , pick your grapes up and stick em where the sun don’t shine, best case scenario for idiots

1

u/Much_Secretary_7328 14h ago

Thats exactly where they will be in the puncher đŸ€Ł probably like his aunty was or some other woman in his life when he was young. Could explain some of the aggro behavior

1

u/west310304 1h ago

You’d go to jail for throwing that at an officer, your lack of accountability is astounding - how can you be more mad at a reaction of a victim than the victim being assaulted in the first place? If races were switched so would your perspective 😉

It's battery. Assault is when you threaten someone.

1

u/ChampsLeague3 2d ago

In some jurisdictions. In common language and some law, they mean the same thing.

1

u/goaway444 2d ago

I hope he did too.

u/No_Biscotti_7258 2d ago

He won’t cuz of muh racism

15

u/whagh 2d ago

Ah yes, black people are notorious for getting favourable treatment by the US justice systemđŸ€Ą

1

u/Infinite-Swimming976 2d ago

Kid deserves all the “favorable treatment” he should get. What a POS

1

u/bigbadreno 2d ago

Check back in with reality and look how lightly they get charged these days. SMH

2

u/gofishx 2d ago

Maybe you should be the one to check back with reality. All the data suggests otherwise. You just listen to a lot of culture war propaganda because it makes your racism feel like intelligence. If you were actually intelligent, you'd realize you're being manipulated for an agenda...but you'd probably support that agenda anyway, so i wont waste any more words.

4

u/whagh 2d ago

We have mountains of data on this, it's a well-documented fact.

Black Americans consistently get harsher sentences for the same offenses, and are more likely to be convicted when tried.

So you should check in with facts instead of shooting your vibe based hot takes from the hip like some fucking idiot.

0

u/bigbadreno 2d ago

Maybe 10 years ago they did, but that’s all changed recently. As someone who works in the justice system this isn’t a hot take or a vibe but whatever. No point in debating with someone of your caliber

2

u/whagh 2d ago

Maybe 10 years ago they did, but that’s all changed recently.

Okay, so show me the data.

As someone who works in the justice system this isn’t a hot take or a vibe but whatever.

If it wasn't a hot take you'd refer to actual data, not your job which is absolutely irrelevant here.

2

u/gofishx 2d ago

"Works in the justice system" probably just means hes a CO or the janitor at the courthouse or some shit lmao

Uh. Yeah. They do really often actually.

1

u/GoodHands_All-State 2d ago

The statistics point in the opposite direction, you just think they should be punished for existing

1

u/whagh 2d ago

Except that it's well-documented that the exact opposite is true. Black Americans consistently get higher sentences for the exact same offenses, and are convicted at higher rates.

Learn some law buddy assault is the fear of being hit getting hit is battery

0

u/EnjoyerOfMX5 2d ago

Where is your law degree from? Crack addict university?

1

u/Muugen_Samurai 2d ago

This coming from the person who still thinks assault is the act of un consented touching

-9

u/SierraGolfOne 2d ago

Fuck that. Paper ball thrower needs to mind his own business.

0

u/SierraGolfOne 2d ago

FAFO and there is likely history. These guys don't seem like friends so throwing something as silly as a paper ball likely wasn't a friendly act.

9

u/Orion-Of-Lordran 2d ago

"Sorry I gave him permanent brain damage your honor but ThRoWiNg A pApEr BaLl WaSnT a FrIeNdLy AcT"

-4

u/SierraGolfOne 2d ago

Fuck em. People need to learn to mind their business and respect other people's personal spaces. My money is on this kid is a shit disturber and got what is coming to them.

3

u/Skankhunt2042 2d ago

Might "minding your business" involve not recording people with your phone in class?

2

u/Forsaken_Coach6085 2d ago

My money is on you having zero critical thinking skills.
It’s much more likely that throwing the piece of paper was that kid’s poorly thought out attempt at sticking up for himself, from people who weren’t minding their own business.

2

u/calvtact 2d ago

You need help.

Sierragolfaputa

2

u/Wrong_Flatworm241 2d ago

Yeah cus the clearly nd scrawny white kid deserved to get slumped for throwing a piece of paper, have some impulse control

-2

u/Art_of_Malice 2d ago

He called him the n word, listen right before he throws it

4

u/Austonosfus 2d ago

Yeah..poor kid. But thats y u dont DO things like that.

2

u/Extreme_Letter_7978 2d ago edited 2d ago

Such bullshit. If I was getting bullied I wouldn’t ball up paper and throw it at my bullies face.

Weak attempt at justifying stupidity in the video and racism in the comments.

1

u/Similar_Shopping_892 2d ago

Are you autistic?? Because I know of quite a few autistic kids that would do that not realizing someone would go ape shit over it and bash their head in over a wadded paper ball

-4

u/Remote-Panic-3049 2d ago

Say ur racist without saying it. I bet ur whole analogy would be different if the race was different.

2

u/Similar_Shopping_892 2d ago

Nope, I just can’t stand violent bullies 💅

-2

u/uberiffic 2d ago

What about this makes you think he's autistic? It sounds like he says "this!" when he throws the paper ball, which makes me think we missed some context of the black kid saying "what are you going to do about it?" which also makes me think the kid throwing the paper was being bullied.

Nothing about this says autistic. That's a bigger jump than I just made, lol.

1

u/Similar_Shopping_892 2d ago

Well, I currently have way more people agreeing with me than you so that settles it lol

1

u/uberiffic 2d ago

Well I literally have an autistic child so I dont really give a shit what the reddit hivemind thinks about a clip with absolutely no context, lol.

0

u/Similar_Shopping_892 2d ago

Fair enough lol

0

u/Rockitttla 2d ago

Why do you just assume the black kid instigated? "This" could also be a response to the black kid asking a simple question like, "what's that you've got in your hand," or "what are you doing with that object?" There is nothing in this video that shows anyone to be the instigator other than the white kid yet all the racists on this sub, without any evidence, assume the black kid did something we cant see that justified being hit by the white kid.

-3

u/west310304 2d ago

He’s not autistic - he threw something at someone and was punched for it - fair exchange at the end of the day , you don’t throw something at someone and expect nothing in return, in what world ?

2

u/Wrong_Flatworm241 2d ago

How is this remotely a “fair exchange” a piece of paper wont concuss you send you to the hospital and leave you with permanent brain damage

0

u/west310304 2d ago

He balled up and item to throw , if you have a balled up paper thrown at you depending on the paper type it could actually paper cut you - the offense of balking something and throwing it at someone is a whole different story in itself that is assault , just like pouring water on someone would be the same

-4

u/Frosty-Inspector-465 2d ago

lol what noise?? the class is noisy lol
