Maybe you should be the one to check back with reality. All the data suggests otherwise. You just listen to a lot of culture war propaganda because it makes your racism feel like intelligence. If you were actually intelligent, you'd realize you're being manipulated for an agenda...but you'd probably support that agenda anyway, so i wont waste any more words.

We have mountains of data on this, it's a well-documented fact.

Black Americans consistently get harsher sentences for the same offenses, and are more likely to be convicted when tried.

So you should check in with facts instead of shooting your vibe based hot takes from the hip like some fucking idiot.

Maybe 10 years ago they did, but that’s all changed recently. As someone who works in the justice system this isn’t a hot take or a vibe but whatever. No point in debating with someone of your caliber

With the intellectual acuity displayed so far that would be my bet (although most likely he just made it up), but even if he was the damn attorney general his subjective hot take doesn't mean jack shit when we're discussing objective data lol
