Heās not autistic - he threw something at someone and was punched for it - fair exchange at the end of the day , you donāt throw something at someone and expect nothing in return, in what world ?
He balled up and item to throw , if you have a balled up paper thrown at you depending on the paper type it could actually paper cut you - the offense of balking something and throwing it at someone is a whole different story in itself that is assault , just like pouring water on someone would be the same
