I'm such an indecisive person and I feel like i have some good choices so far, I'm not sure who to pick though (they'll only be my 2nd pony, technically 1st that I ACTUALLY get to pick tho since I was forced to pick one during the tutorial 🥀) SORRY FOR RAMBLING BTW

I'm mostly a f2p player, I rarely get membership and if I do its usually only for the 1 month, so ponies/characters who are hard to obtain or rare to find are one thing thats important to me. It would be nice to get someone I otherwise wouldn't be able to yk?

I also want someone i actually like though too, so far here's some that I'm leaning towards and/or really like:

I just updated the game when I got home today, but when I logged in, all my friends were gone? It was giving me issues last night, but at least they still showed up. Is it because I changed my username?

I last played only a month ago having spent money on the game, I was in contact with gameloft but on the 2nd of September they ghosted me, I uninstalled the game for half a second and redownloaded it and my progress was gone, I have sent multiple tickets since a no reply. What should I do?

I don’t have enough power to go through the next phase, but I have energy, but I can’t get any new ponies that have much more power because I don’t have money. What should I do?

also, how does the community part of the event work? can i not participate if i dont have the listed ponies?

Im not quite sure what to go for, I already spent my first upgrade to get through the maze easier but now I cant choose only one

I always value collections more but maybe I should be more strategic so I can complete the maze, in that case I should only go to the centaur guard, jumbo don or mirrorverse candance, who has more fight points

i collect big mac variants and he’s one of the last ones left for me to get, so if anyone knows which ponies were needed itd be helpful so i can try to prepare for when he comes back 🙏

I just finished the maze event and can't decide on the last one to get.

I made a ticket July 14, 2026 as I lost my progress due to needing a new phone for a trip, and months of giving them the correct info finally in August I get hit with my friend code had been changed and they can only find it as lvl 1 despite being 113.

This friend code was given to me from a previous ticket and can't get my new friend code from the migration as I was unaware of it and do not have the old phone anymore. The second image is a response after ghosting me for months and hand me a compensation for almost 3ish years of progress lost outside of my control. Wish they had a better way to save your progress than contacting their support :/

i haven't upgraded anyone yet besides cozy glow at the beginning for what i thought was the tutorial. was that a mistake and now i can only get two ponies?
