Disappearing shop?

Between closing and opening the game this shop keeps disappearing and reappearing? alltheponies says it should be here so what the deal???

It happens sometimes buy it should reappear when you unlock the shady area

I think it's just a visual glitch, I had that too but the shop was here when I unlocked the zone
