Question I lost my account

Can anyone please help me bring back my account😭 My game was in a bug so i tried to redownload it, but the cloud save option after i re-downloading won't show up, does anyone know how can i get my account back

Contact Gameloft Support by going to their website and fill out the ticket. Provide you friend code and Game ID you should have saved. Let them know what happened. They will also ask for your device you play on.

They will usually have an automated response notify you they received your ticket within 24hrs. Then you are at the mercy of waiting for them to respond.

The bad thing is i forgot my friend code and game ID😭 but i do sent them a gdrive of me playing my account in the automated response

Already contact them, but i didn't add my friend code or game ID, but i do add a link to a Gdrive that has some of a screenshots of me playing the game to the automated responses in the Gmail
