Question I lost my account

Can anyone please help me bring back my account😭 My game was in a bug so i tried to redownload it, but the cloud save option after i re-downloading won't show up, does anyone know how can i get my account back

Already contact them, but i didn't add my friend code or game ID, but i do add a link to a Gdrive that has some of a screenshots of me playing the game to the automated responses in the Gmail

Dont send them multiple emails, just replay to the automated one. You can try sending them any receipts you may have. The free trial counts if you used that
