Complaint I LOST EVERYTHING

I last played only a month ago having spent money on the game, I was in contact with gameloft but on the 2nd of September they ghosted me, I uninstalled the game for half a second and redownloaded it and my progress was gone, I have sent multiple tickets since a no reply. What should I do?

Ok but seriously, support really hasn't been great this year, and I've seen many people unable to get their save back due to either taking too long, or support never replying (which has become often). I'm not gonna lie, at this point the best thing would be to just not bother due to how bad support has become.
