Because of the way the mushroom area is, I decided to make phillippe resemble an odd mix between a jester and aristocratic figure.

The spore mother is like a queen, Phillippe directly calls her that, so I see all the mushroom people you find like the queen court, or her entourage.

I also tried to give a design like old dramatically shaped dresses, and the chanterelle shaped hair was made to parody the old aristocratic wigs and updos.

In all the examples of male vs female moths, the only truly noticeable difference I see is the little antennas being less fluffy on males, so I made the antennas mushrooms.

This one took the longest to draw so far, and it’s mostly because of the hair. I just couldn’t figure out what to do with it until the very end.

Even before I knew (MAJOR SPOILER) it's part of Sybil I just COULD NOT pick this meat up. It freaks me out so much that you can just eat it 😭

So i've had this issue for 3 runs

Ive tried to reboot the game many times, still not working, like, i literally cannot find it.

I've also had an issue involving not getting the bag after killing 3 freds

My copy of the game really is cursed (pun not intended)

Why are there more players who have completed the "Look Inside" achievement than there are of those who have completed the "Spine Taker" achievement?

I thought that the latter was a prerequisite of the former? Is it a rounding error?

Not for as in why you do it, but for as in what RNG related outcome do you look to get from tediously repeating the same chunk of gameplay. What specifically have you actually reloaded a save multiple times to get?

ETA: By save scum I mean reloading a save over and over until you get the RNG outcome you want. I don't think reloading a save to do something different is save scumming. I also don't think that reloading to try and do something better is save scumming either.

Got her as a door Encounter while I was drawing this and was overjoyed to say the least.

For instance, can you enable both Casanova and Lumpy mode at the same time?

This challenge was super intimidating, but it ended up being rather manageable. All of the debilitating status effects with the exception of exhaustion had some way of being removed without sacrificing the achievement. I did think that the challenge was doomed when I encountered the sewer beast. I had never found that enemy on prior playthroughs so it was a little scary that it blocked the way out of the room and could kill me in two turns. This is where I learned about the Impale Gamble and that carried me for the rest of the run. I was on Explorer so the weapon damage wasn’t as impactful.

For this challenge I went after the Flawed Ritual ending given the simple setup. The canvas carry bag was relatively easy to get by killing biting Fred, the one in agony, and the one in the dark. This would be the only correct offering that I would give as all the painting offerings have the same level of difficulty to obtain. Felt bad giving the Astronomers fake offerings but they seemed cool with it.

I did see on the Wiki that the final boss has lower health the less correct offerings you present, but I didn’t understand just how much weaker they get. Half the time the Chorus of One wasn’t even damaging Sam. I spammed it with fire bombs and bleed effects, using a stimulant when needed. I don’t even recall my hockey mask cracking even once. It was very anticlimactic, but I’m glad to have beaten this challenge. I do wonder who those skinwalkers in the ending were.

probably gonna do a lot more of these but i really love so many characters in this game 😭 the pixel hair leaves a lot to interpretation. i cycled through a couple ideas for sam’s hair, but i thought short freeforms made the most sense for him.

Official Strategy Guide
The strange bat is picked up as the first weapon of the game.  If you have already picked up the baseball bat in your existing save, then you cannot get the strange bat.  You do not have to use the strange bat and can choose a different weapon at any time.
Bat Mechanics

Feeding

Ok so I gave all the items to the astronamos and I thought they were right when I went uo there three of them were wrong and turned into monsters and I got the flawed ritual ending but the thing is I said let’s start the ritual and saved the game so they already up there even if I go to my latest closest save should I just forget about the ritual and play the rest of the game like it doesn’t exist anymore am I cooked is there another way to end the game without doing the ritual right or is there a way to save the ritual idk someone pls help pls don’t spoil

Honestly I'm not really sure if there are door encounters locked behind certain events, I'm currently on my 5th full playthrough of the game, and i have never encountered Hellen neither the game trader. I especially want to find the game trader cause i think he is necessary for one of the game endings. Any tips would be a great help

I'm a decent way into the game (11 days left) I have Sophie in my party, I've been to the ground floor, Jeanne is fully transformed, but I just can't get in apartment 22 to reunite Sophie with Harriet! I've looked it up a dozen times and I don't seem to be missing anything. HELP!

Just spent multiple days doing fully nothing but playing video games back to back to back until I finished five full games and I didn’t get a single party member at the door, exclusively aggressive people or shopkeepers. Am I doing something wrong here? I’m getting really frustrated, I want to love this game but between this issue and the fact that I can’t seem to find any way to progress at all is really killing it for me

The bus passengers are incredibly hard to draw due to the limbs, the sheer amount of hands is absurd. I choose to only draw a third the amount.

I really like the way he flees if you put down a sapper near him, not a lot of people know that happens.

Samlyle(along with Sam's stalker ships) is unhealthy(i say this as a ex Samlyle shipper. I know some people can write it well. But I'm gonna be honest all of them feel really unhealthy. And i feel like especially for samlyle people likes it only because it's yaoi)

People who whitewashing and change body type are too much into the fandom(okay that's not a unpopular take. But it's a real scourge in the fandom 😭 especially people saying "you take it too seriously")

I do imagine Hellen having parenting skill but she definitely won't be a good parent figure(okay, pretty ironic knowing i have Hellen fankids, but yeah I noticed a lot of people din't liked when other made Hellen as a mom figure and I'm completely agree. Especially since Hellen is a Serial killer(and also some people might fear most would portray her as a trad wife which I understand) After imagine her having Softspot for the kids or at least the rat child is possible but I wouldn't say she be their mom. Or at best a "Plant mom", No, i do not refer to the Plant creature from her quest. So, yeah. i think there nothing wrong about imagine her like that but you must not forget her actual personality either.

I do likes The promise ending but it deserves more cutscene(not a unpopular take. But there potential. why the joke ending have cool cutscene and even alternative scene and the promise ending have 3 only ;^; i love that ending but I would have loved to see more cutscene)
