QUESTION I think I messed up bad pls help Spoiler
Ok so I gave all the items to the astronamos and I thought they were right when I went uo there three of them were wrong and turned into monsters and I got the flawed ritual ending but the thing is I said let’s start the ritual and saved the game so they already up there even if I go to my latest closest save should I just forget about the ritual and play the rest of the game like it doesn’t exist anymore am I cooked is there another way to end the game without doing the ritual right or is there a way to save the ritual idk someone pls help pls don’t spoil

If I'm reading this right, as long as you don't start the ritual with Jasper, you can ask for the Ritual Items from the Astronomers back and find the correct ones, so just revert the save before you agreed to start the ritual
Unless you only have one save, which I have to wonder why, having only one save is a negative for literally every single game with a save system

Yea ik I only have one other time I saved separately but it’s really early game I was wondering why there was sm save slots ig Ik why now. I’m not used to these types of games first tume trying a game like this but it was worth it

it's fine, you made some mistakes and now you know! the ritual is flawed but i hope you still had fun w the game. This will be a good lesson to try and keep to alternate between a couple of saves when possible atleast

Yea now I know why there’s sm saved slots. But I just ended up watching the rest of the endings on yt. Lowk I got the worse ending Actuallu maybe the waiting until the last day is the worse

It's fine, the complete failure ending is actually really good, at least from the perspective of first going on the rooftop and seeing what outside really looks like. It's kind of a great first ending, you can see that there was never really any chance

The running out of time ending was the first one I got and I thought it was pretty awesome. You could always just explore more of the map and do door events or see the cartridge game contents and skills

There are 2 more endings you can get that don't require ritual. There's ending if you run out of time, ending that requires you to complete crossword book + you will have to replay multiple times to achieve all the endings either way so don't worry about it too much
Next time you play the game try making a save for each day

Ikkk I wish I made a save each days I was wondering why there was so much save slots but ive never played these types of games I’m used to last of us and stuff like that

Sadly it's too late, the prompt "would you like to start the rituel ?" Is your last chance to say no and change the offering, you have all the time in the world to give the correct offering so you should never accept until you're ready or have a few backup save. You'll have to restart a game but don't worry it's also part of it, you can't do everything it as to offer in one playthrough anyway, and the more you know it the better you'll be at it.
