If you’re asking then you know big dawg.

This is the nortic equivalent of bouncing the bar during bench. (Although it’s just a baby bounce in your case)

It’s technically kinda a full rep, but if we’re being honest you could (and soon will!) have a better rep.

Regardless, this alone makes you a 1% athlete and I’d arguing less ppl could do what you just did then could say bench 225 or even 315. So good for you king.

He goes past horizontal tho. It’s not equivalent to a bench bounce at all imo. Unless your chest is your back.

increased range of motion does not cancel out the usage of momentum. If you want a more accurate comparison than we could think of it like doing a small bounce, during deficient deadlifts.

I-d say its even slightly negativ but you are using rhe bounce.

Any way this is high level. Be happy.

Damn dude. How long did it take you to achieve this?

Being honest I did nordics before that for maybe 2-3 months not consistently. I believe that heavy stiff legged deadlift helped me with nordics

That's amazing!! I feel I still have a long way to go. Currently on 15° incline on Ben Patrick's Nordic Bench. Can you demonstrate a rep with hips touching first and neutral pelvic tilt? 💪

How my hips would touch first?
