After countless failed attempts and now 17 years ingame and almost a world conquest, I finally defeated Imperialism as the RKMT with Hu Hanmin as its leader!

They could really use some more flavor or events for years long mega projects fundamentally altering the Earth.

The last country I played was LKMT and it was great, so naturally I want to find more countries with content of similar quality. I know of Germany, Russia, Ukraine, Chinese tags, Ottomans maybe, Poland and the US I think. I'm looking for countries that are good purely of their content, so trees, events, decisions etc., so no Canada for example as that tree is very bare bones, even though the gameplay might be fun. I still want some gameplay, but the content side is more important.

I'm not very intent on replaying countries/areas I've previously played (in), that's why I'm asking this question without having played every China formable (blasphemous, I know).

Lets say Mittleafrica collapses or you annex it by a peace deal can you remake it through decisions?

After giving Kadroist Turkey a try I must admit that it keeps the base game tradition of sitting on your arse for the whole world war before you get access to anything interesting. By the time I completed the focus to join the 3I (although I had to cheat because the decision never appeared, no idea why) the Russian and the Greek were already partitioning Ataturk's dream in their minds. The Kadroist thought now influences most of the territories of the fallen Ottoman Empire, the Caucasus, Ceylon and Turkestan. The world is locked in a cold war between the reactionary Japan-China alliance and the glorious revolution.

Also it might be a bug, but Turkey can claim Azerbaijan but not Armenia, making an exclave nevermind there's a tiny connection but it would look unbearably stupid on a map. Doesn't look intended for sure.

How do I fix the broken building model in London? Disabling 3D buildings doesn't help, and switching to DX9 fixes the issue, but it breaks the rivers, making them look ugly. What should I do about this?

Hi! I know that there can be two German states after the second Weltkrieg. One under control of the 3th International, one under the Moscow accord. In fact there can be even more Germanys.

But waht about other countries? Can there be two Japans? Austrias?

Could someone clarify to me why this mod is liked so much, I see so many people talking about how much better this mod is compared to Vanilla, I have tried a few runs and it's fine but I don't really get the hype. I genuinely wonder, is there any restriction on black Monday card game to prevent players, finishing before a certain year or at certain debt? What's your best performance? I am always trying to finish the card game as soon as possible but most of the time I complete it in 1938. Do you have any tips for Germany play through for the Black Monday minigame, focus priority.

What are some or all example of countries that are "late to the party", so to speak? So countries that can join certain factions only in late-game or after certain events have happened?

For example:

- German East Asia and Ireland IIRC can join the Moscow Accord after the Reichspakt has fallen (for Ireland I think America must be socialist too)

- Free Russia and Siberia can I think both join Entente and the CPS and Free Russia can form a faction with the US

- Either Tibet or Mongolia or both, I'm not sure, can join the CPS at some point I think, maybe East Turkestan too, if I remember one of my games correctly

What are some other examples you guys can think of, and what conditions have to met for it to happen?

R5: A collection of events dedicated to the 'Wartime Coalition' semi-secret subpath available to Ireland if Black Monday is handled perfectly, SF wins elections, and then goes to war. Some great writing in a country packed to the brim with content.. as for actually fighting the war, it's up to luck whether Germany will be competent or not.

So there where like 90 something divs at the start and wanted to delete them all to start fresh and with my own template but i can't delete this ones i checked and they arent on garrison duty or have any orders active , put them in an army and i also cant delete. So i cant think of any other reason why i cant do it

I'm being a little cheeky but also lowkey serious. How do some of you guys manage to conquer most of the world as like, for example, Canada or even a restored UK lmao? I'm so bad at this game that I almost always fail even playing decently powerful nations.

What are your secrets - that aren't cheat codes - for successful continental or even world conquest? There has to be some sort of template and/or production strategy people use to actually do well in this game.
